Absolutely lovely property! We stayed in the summer with our family of 5 in one of the two floor family rooms. Our 17, 15, and 13 year old kids said it was their favorite hotel they’d ever stayed in. Great amenities and great staff.

Fantastic stay!!
Our stay was faultless. We arrived very early (we had checked in online), left our bags securely with the staff and were provided a private room to change into ski clothes. Reception bent over backwards to get our ski passes and equipment sorted as soon as possible to allow us to ski that day after giving us a lift to the ski lift, despite it being out of hours for this service normally. We returned very tired later with our room now ready and our bags already in the room. All the staff were incredibly helpful and cannot fault anything. Food was great also 👍 The hotel is well appointed and in very good condition 👍👍

A fabulous place to stay in La Clusaz. The hotel is beautifully styled. Rooms clean and comfortable. Tea avaialble in the reception area at all times. Afternoon tea and cakes provided to guests every afternoon. Breakfast has a good selection in the hotel bar. The spa is wonderful. I had a great massage there and used the sauna, polar room and pool every day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ski storage downstairs is a real plus along with the shuttle going right past the hotel to take you to the lifts. They will also take you in their hotel car if you miss the local shuttle. Centre of town is 1 min walk down the steps. Great location and 5-10 mins walk to ski lifts without shuttle.

Excellent service, staff speaks great English and the rooms were wonderfully cosy and clean! The facilities are great, and the vehicle that takes you to and from the bus station / ski lift was very much appreciated.

A very nice looking hotel with good rooms, pleasant staff and high quality overall. However the room was extremely warm in the hot weather (no AC) so we barely slept at all. This brings the overall rating down. If the weather had been different we would have given the hotel the top mark, but without AC it’s not good enough unfortunately.

This is the only hotel in La Clusaz area that provides the real, full hospitality services. I love the decorations of the lobby and bar area, the wonderful customer services and the organized, clean room. The staffs were so nice and kind, and I can assure you that this is the only hotel in town with staffs who will help you with your luggages without a second thoughts and an attitude. I’m so so so grateful that this new hotel is here!!!

New hotel with a great view of the village and the mountains. We had a large family room that sleeps 5 at the top floor, which turned out to be a very large 2 bedroom suite with plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great experience with no issues whatsoever.

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Toutefois le service et le spa n’ont pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Pas de hammam, seulement un sauna, la grotte de glace était hors service, piscine froide et très profonde, ma femme m’avait pas pied, un seul jet pour toute la piscine. Salle de relaxation avec 4 fauteuils moyennement confortables. Le service n’était clairement pas à la hauteur d’un 4*, room service catastrophique, la réceptionniste faisait tout toute seule la pauvre, du coup la moitié des choses commandées annoncées pas dispo après 40min d’attente, mieux fallait annoncer un room service pas disponible. Sinon hôtel sympa et bien situé, quelques bricoles dans les chambres mais rien de très grave (joints de douche et mitigeur pas pratique).

L’hôtel est très beau très agréable le personnel est aux petits soins Digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Le spa est un réel plus quoi que les horaires pourraient être en continu pour la piscine, attention beaucoup de famille avec enfant mais l’hôtel exclu les enfant à partir de 18h ce qui laisse un creeneau pour les personnes souhaitants des reposer.. le seul bémol des chambres est le manque de Clim avec une canicule à 38degre.. mais les nuits sont agréables si on ouvrent les fenêtres ( si on ne craint pas la lumière du jour le matin). Je recommande cet hôtel nous avons passé un formidable moment! Mention spéciale également au portait déjeuner très qualitatif! Merci

Accueil et service irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La literie est très confortable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration. Les produits Nuxe présents en salle de bain sont très qualitatifs. L'emplacement à l'écart du centre préserve le calme tout en étant suffisamment proche (quelques marches d'escalier pour arriver dans une des rues commerçantes de La Clusaz) Seuls bémols : peu de places de parking privées (5 places !). Il faut aller se garer dans un parking public couvert, gratuit en été, à moins de 5 min de marche. Notre chambre n'était pas équipée de douche et il fallait enjamber la paroi de la baignoire pour se doucher.

Personnel tres,acceuillant. Magnifique hotel, petit dejeuner copieux et varié. Chambre cocooning, immense salle de bain, balcon agreable. Pas de clim mais les nuits sont fraiches , nous n en avons pas souffert et c est écolo !!! J y reviendrai !
