Property photos are different from what is shown online. There were mosquitoes in the room. Bed sheets were not clean, there were stains on the sofas, etc. Didn’t look into bathroom. We just checked-in, searched for another hotel and checked-out within an hour. The staff was polite and courteous thought.

Fine for a short layover near airport
This airport is close to airport and cost efficient. It has all the right amenities, but seems alittle “tired”. Clean. Spa was closed.

For the price, staff, room, property - I can't fault this hotel. Was given a massive room and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or functional. I particularly liked the breakfast and pool area. But for the price this package represents massive value.

What a disappointing hotel. Staff were less than friendly and helpful. Sheets in 3 or of the 4 rooms were dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned in one bedroom. Was told breakfast was going to cost 75k every morning upon arriving for first breakfast was tired to be charge 10k staff member was argumentative and then food was not restocked on the buffet. Stayed one nbight and left. Would never stay again or recomend this place

Really bad experience
Rain water as leaking in the middle of the night. I Asked the reception people to change my room .Initially they said can u adjust for this night and they will change the room.I said no then they give me another room in the third floor no one supported to carry my things it was 5 bags I carry myself. Then I accidentally booked for six days they only cleaned my room once.very bad WiFi I compliant 4 times no response. Pool is good. Breakfast is good. Rest was atrocious. I won't recommend for any one.

Horrible experience. Overall my holiday is spoiled because of my stay here. Do not recommend to any even if it's a last options. Hotel receptionist are not friendly, not helpful and rude to customer. Don't be surprised if the receptionist yelled or scream at you. Basically they will not look into your request if you do not ring them more thn 5 or 6 times. They provide dirty towels in room and some room don't even have towels. Upon requesting no one even turn up, unless you are willing to walk to the receptionist. Aircond is not working!! Horrible breakfast! Overall it is nightmare!! Do not get impressed with the pictures posted. You will regret choosing this hotel!!!!!

Our 5 days experience in the hotel
Friendly and warm staff service and clean room.Breakfast wasnt that delicious. Room was spacious but a pity aircon was not directed directly facing our bed. Which makes our room quite warm.

I like it, i will go back to this hotel if i go there again. I like the staf. The improvement that needs doing is the sound of aircon makes, more variety of food on night time. Massage was perfect, everything is good.

Cant say enough about this great place.We have stayed here before and will definetly be staying again.The staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are big,clean and very comfortable.Breakfast is beautiful and the manager Arya Wirawan is a most accommodating kind man.Look forward to our next holiday in Bali as this hotel will now always be our choice of stay.Thanks so much Arya and team you really did make our holiday.

Comfotable hotel away from the noise
This hotel is located about 2ms from the heart of Kuta Beach. It was quiet and clean with a large clean swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help if asked. Taxis were caled for us when required and free transport give to airport prior to 10pm if you arranged with reception. If returning to Bali at any time we would definitely stay here again.

Admittedly we only used this hotel for the day while waiting for a midnight flight home but it lacked the Bali vibe that I have been used to staying at other hotels (was our 19th trip). Room was small but cosy and we didn't use any of the facilities..

The location around was really quiet and dark in the night. It was not good to walk in the midnight. Toilet was quite dirty and the shower was broken. But the room and bed were comfortable.

when we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady and a welcome drink, the check in process seemed quick and easy. We booked to stay for a week as a treat after backpacking for a long time and celebrating our anniversary. After the first day we came to realise our door was not locking behind us, we complained and a member of staff came up but instead of moving us he spent two hours hammering and drilling it whilst we had to sit around as we didn't want to leave our room open with all of our belongings! I eventually requested moving rooms. We were moved to one without a bathtub or fridge, so requested to move again, which we did. Then we realised our new room had no hot water. We complained in the evening and waited till the following morning to hear from them but still hadn't, after hours of waiting for them to check it and fix it we had to move again! By now we were fed up of moving. More things came up after this also but eventually we were offered a lovely room by the pool for the rest of our stay for all the inconveniences! This room was beautiful and we spent the rest of the week able to relax and enjoy! The room and bathtub was such a luxury for us! Big and very deep pool, huge variety breakfast and most of the staff were helpful. Not in the best location but ok if you don't mind a walk. If you can, get an upgrade to the pool side rooms, they were much nicer! Be careful with airport transfers too, one staff says different to another and almost missed our flight!

The staff were very good, but it's an aging hotel. It was ok value for money, but if you look around you can get newer places in a similar location for the same price. Wifi was pretty patchy and the breakfast selection was luke warm which always makes me a little nervous. One thing that is super annoying is that the shower was only handheld (first world problems).... Got questioned twice as to weather I had paid, when it's 2am and you're showing a receipt is never really welcome. It was ok, but I won't be booking in again.

Hotel was upto our expectation. Staff was courteous & helpful. Very clean. Outdoor tours were satisfying. Only regret that due to clouds could not see or capture Sunset memories at Kuta beach.

Terrible location in terrible area.
Hotel was good and the staff were polite. The bathroom needed an update and was just okay. The room was clean and large and we were comfortable. Had a large pleasant dining area and the breakfast was good. It also boasts a fine swimming pool which we never got the time to enjoy. The courtesy car from the airport was a real plus. I would stay there again, just a pity it's not in a better area but if it were it would probably cost a lot more to stay.

I didn't like my stay there at all I arrived there at 11 at night I had to ask for a remote control for a/c that didn't cool the room down a fridge for my room I slept ever night on top of the bed as I was there for 5 nights and didn't get the sheets changed at all I had to get new batteries for the door to lock room also the TVs control needed new batteries breakfast was very Asian eggs and cereals where the only western thing in the warmer trays my toilet and shower was never cleaned either I don't like the key card system as you pull it out no power you come back to room after being out in the heat to a hot room would never recommend or stay there again

Staff were polite and very helpful. The room was as expected and the cleanliness was acceptable. It was a short walk to "Discovery Mall" and the beach. Definitely worth the money and would surely return. Even provides free trips to and fro the airport.
