Dear Guest , Greetings from The Everest Hill Resort!!! we are pleased to get your review and we will be taking your complaint with very positive frame of mind ,and will improve our self but just want to share few things related to your concerns- Bumpy Road and distance - As far as distance is concern we are equally far away from the Udaipur or jodhpur city as other properties are , just your driver were not aware about the rout directions, took wrong direction.If he could have asked , we would have guided him right route to approach . As it is in middle of dense forest so most of the routs are bumpy in Kumbhalgarh, Delay to serve Gin and tonic : As we started our property just few months back so we don't have bar license yet ,it is in under process to get , we already mentioned unavailability of bar facilities on our portals too but as per your request we tried to get small amount of liquor for you and directly through you on actual price so it took extra time and we already informed you about the duration . Amenities: shampoo , conditioner , hand wash dispenser , soap , slipper , shower gel , body- lotion ,then also if you could have asked , we would have provided you extra. isolated place : yes I agree that day we were not having so many guests so you might feel isolated but in all reviews ,nobody mentioned this , we have all excellent 5 star reviews. Wi - fI : - to get the Wi fi on , you needed to fill up your email id and cell number but you were not sure about your cell number so I had to take other way to get the wi fie start , so it took too long time. Staff communication: As there were not so many guests that day , my F & B manager himself was attending you but I apologies if any other staff could not understand . but I welcome your comments and try to improve our quality .
