“Great Location”

If you are going to Krakow for nightlife then this hotel is great. It's located right on the edge of the Old Town where all the bars and clubs are so you don't have to worry about getting a taxi home when you've had a few. The reception is 24 hour so you won't find yourself locked out either. Don't be put off by the exterior; once you get inside it's very impressive.

“Krakow.....Wow!”

Great location with only 5 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station which is direct from the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful with many things, including organising hotel pick-up for tours.

“Excellent hotel in Centre of Krakow”

We stayed for 5 nights here and found the hotel clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It is a short walk of around 5 mins to the main square. Highly recommended for your stay in the beautiful ccity of Krakow :)

“will choose this hotel next time,”

Hotel was exceptionally good for our needs - 15 min walk from train station, 10 min from city centre, good variety at breakfast, friendly, helpful staff etc. There were a number of groups of students/school children, they were mainly on the first floor while we were up on the third floor and probably in another wing, so no problems there!! Bedrooms and all public rooms were very clean and well maintained -

“We will use this hotel again”

We read the reviews on this hotel so decided to book as location and price were very reasonable. We were not disappointed. The day before we went I emailed the hotel and asked if we could have a room at the front ( I had read in the reviews these were the best rooms to have). We ended up with a lovely room and balcony for a standard priced room. It was very clean and no noise from traffic outside on busy road. Loved the free mineral water each day and the pink towels. I took a travel kettle with us as had read they didn't have one. Found the staff efficient and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant and had everything even sweet dishes. The location was great as we could walk to all the sights. Our favourite was the square which we loved day and night. Unfortunately people still smoke in the restaurents and we had to eat in 'Roosters' in the end as they had a smoke free area. It was very American and the food lovely with plenty of it. Try the ribs! Can be noisy. We didn't try the hotel restaurent so can't comment on that.Reception area was smokey so didn't use the bar either.

“Excellent hotel at a great location- good food, fantastic prices- can't lose!”

Boasting 4 floors of varying-sized rooms, the lift access is valuable for every level. One disappointing feature was breakfasts- unless you love Eastern Eurpoean-style food, be prepared for breakfasts of bread and fruit. Evening meals are superb! And reasonably priced. Next door to the hotel is a Tour Bus Centre, offering a goor range of excursions at competitive prices- very handy for those days when Krakow has been exhausted!

“would definititely recommend”

for closeness to everything happening and walking distance of the best shopping centre of Krakow, the beautiful medieval square, station etc. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice and the bar and public areas are very welcoming. A good place for a single traveller. Would go back again. Our party of six were placed in three adjoining rooms and we were pleased with every aspect of the service.

“Perfect location excellent hotel”

Excellent hotel which was very very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Tips though if you want a double bed make sure you book a room with one otherwise you have 2 single beds toe to toe that can't be pushed together. Also take a travel kettle with you as the hotel doesn't provide one. Can't wait to go back and will stay here again.
