"We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful soaker tub. The room and bathroom were spotless. Great location within a short walk to the main square, parking available very close by and less than a 5 minute walk to access the train. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, as was dinner the one night we ate at the restaurant."

"Great location close to the main square but away from the noise. Classic Double Room with Balcony was spacious, stylish & comfortable and the bed was very nice. Bathroom storage space was among the best we’ve had. Staff very helpful & friendly. Did not do the breakfast which was served at a local restaurant."

"The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were fine. The major issue was the room itself. My room faced the nightclub across the street. If you get one of those rooms, you may have to deal with people outside the club hollering and yelling until around 2 a.m. I had to play rain sounds just to sleep. In my opinion, those rooms are deeply flawed and should either come with a steep discount or a clear warning from the hotel before booking. The staff were okay. They recommended a laundromat when I asked, but compared with similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Prague and Warsaw, the service was not especially friendly or helpful beyond the basics. I would not recommend this place. It is easy to get around Kraków from here, but you are gambling with the possibility of being kept awake by nightclub noise. There are probably better options in Kraków without that risk."

"I chose the hotel as I wanted easy access to the train station and by that standard it was 100%. The check in was super easy. There were A LOT of information mentioned during the check in so it might be better to have them displayed in the rooms or something. The room itself was modern, clean and good- sized. I liked there was plenty of room to open a suitcase and the bathroom was on the cozy side, making more room for the "living" area. It was cleaned well each day. Although the hotel was surrounded by quite busy streets the room was quiet and peaceful. You could open the window to get some fresh air too. I enjoyed the water filtering machine provided instead of bottled water. The coffee machine was Nespresso. The fridge was cool enough to keep things fresh. The toiletries were from Kevin Murphy Hydrate- Me range. Hand/body wash and lotion by the basin and shampoo, conditioner and another hand/body wash in the shower. There were no other toiletries provided. The water pressure and temperature were fine. The hotel is about 5min walk from the gates to the Old Town so very convenient. There are plenty of tram and bus stops around the hotel if you need to explore farther out. The staff were the rare type of people I encountered in Poland who smiled so that was nice. Definitely nothing to complain and I'll recommend it to others who travel to Krakow."
