Fantastic Stay In Krakow
Wonderful, spacious townhouse with plenty of character and brilliant location. We had a brilliant stay with excellent service, here are a few tips and pointers that will help you. The reception is NOT manned, we were made aware of this several times in advance of our stay and they rang us on the day to arrange a time for them to be there and great us. Barbara was absolutely excellent, super friendly and spoke excellent English. She was available by phone throughout the stay if we needed her, although everything was so good that we didn't need to use her services further. If you need to park the car, they had an arrangement with a local parking area which was manned. Note this this is easy to drive past so please see the picture I've enclosed. You need to drive through the archway into the car park. The archway is tight. We got a big car through it, but there wasn't much room either side. The lady i the car park speaks little English, but we were able to communicate with her. The balcony is nice, but doesn't overlook anything very pretty so we didn't use it. The cooking area is good and well stocked for cooking items, however although there was a coffee machine, make sure you get some coffee and milk as this isn't provided. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the main square but in a quiet area. Good local restaurant, we particularly recommend Domowe Przysmaki 20 yards away with good service, good prices and traditional food.

Wow, the place was fantastic! Beds were so comfortable and the showers were amazing! Just as pictured. I would strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

the location was really convenient, right at the edge of the old town - the St Mary's Church and Christmas market is like 5-minute walk from the apartment! service is top notch and Dominika is very responsive. my friend and I also like the decor of the room very much~

We stayed in The Poets room. It is one flight up from the street. The room was beautiful and spacious. We never really used the full kitchen. Although there is no full-time desk staff, they are available quickly if you need them. The room was cleaned everyday. It is a very short walk to the main square. Lots of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. I would definitely stay at this location if I return to Krakow.

Gorgeous & Special Place to Stay
We stayed in the Loft - on the top floor, and this place was great - meticulously clean (even under the beds), light & bright, the AC was a dream, the owners were sweet, and the locations was ideal - right next to the Old Town Square, and across the street from Zabka, a convenience store. It's a 7-minute walk from the parking lot, but if you take an Uber, I think they can drop off closer than that (but not right in front). It was ridiculously clean, and the bathrooms were nice, with wall heaters for hanging wet towels. The beds were comfortable & bedding was fluffy, clean, crisp, white, down-filled, and perfect. The sights & sounds from the 2 living room windows were divine.

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment.
I LOVED this space; so beautiful and unique. One of my favorite stays I've had. the whole place just feels good. The staff is helpful upon arrival (I do recommend that you send them your preferred way of contact because they meet you when you arrive to show you the space -- I used WhatsApp). It is on the 3rd or 4th floor, which was not a problem for me, and there is someone to carry your luggage up and down should you need assistance. All the amenities are there for cooking (pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), shower (towels, soap), hair dryer, and the like. It was tidied up daily. Was nice and quiet when the windows are closed, and the air conditioner works wonderfully! I also love that there are so many big windows that really brighten up the whole space, but that there are blackout curtains to keep the early morning sun out. As for location -- excellent. Walking distance to Old Town central market, Jewish quarter, anywhere really. There is also a lot of great food nearby. WiFi isn't the best, and was spotty throughout the house, but worked fine when sitting at the table. I wouldn't want to be working remote and taking video calls. But for vacay, who cares? Highly recommended.

Apartment NOT for seniors
We always stay in hotels, not apartments. We chose this apartment for its close proximity to the historic center and it was well located. On the negative, no one was ever at the front desk to help with any tourist info, staircase was dark and dangerous, floor has a large step up for bed and breakfast area. We are in our 70’s NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SENIORS

Vintage feel in the heart of the Old Town
Klaudia was a great host! We received an email prior to our arrival with directions to the nearest parking lot. We arrived later than we had expected and she greeted us at the door with a smile. She showed us around the duplex and told us about the cigar lounge and adjacent restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. Great decor and ambiance!

We felt like we were "at home." An excellent place to stay- clean, beautiful, very quiet, perfect location to market square, and very private with noone bugging us. Would absolutely recommend this place to other families. We have two kids and it was the perfect size to give us all space. Oh, and a lovely, very modern kitchen!

The owners checked us and Barbara was so lovely and spoke excellent English (our Polish was limited) and full of local information. The apartment was what I expected and it was so very charming and clean and gives you a real feel for the charm of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were unbelievably soft yet amazingly supportive. I have never slept so good in a bed thats not my own! I want these pillows! It was very quiet which considering the road outside was being dug up, we didn't hear a thing. Although the reception isn't always manned, you are still able to contact the team and they are very responsive. They booked our transfer back to the airport with no issues at all and so punctual. Perfect service! Only little comment is that the reception area downstairs is quite smoky at times and it does seep a little into the apartment but even though we are non smokers, it didn't really bother us. We just had such an amazing time that is was so insignificant. We will most certainly be back! Wonderful.

Good location and good bed. Nice to have a stocked kitchen for fixing a lite breakfast in the morning. Only two minor negatives. The building houses a cigar shop and the tabaco smell does find its way up to the room. We opened the windows to air out the room. Also remember to bring ear plugs or a white noise app for your phone. The bar across the street plays music till past 2am and even the double pane windows let in enough base beat to disturb sleep.

Good location near the main square of Krakow, and a unique place to stay. Great communication with our hosts. They helped with booking a taxi from the airport, and also setting us up on tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

We stayed in a Superior Studio with balony, which was named the Boudoir Apartment. This is the apartment on the first floor (one above ground floor; note that there is no elevator). We loved the room. It was nicely furnished with antiques and had lots of room. There was a chest high refrigerator and plenty of dishes and various types of glasses to use. Unlike many places in Europe, the AC worked very well. The desk clerk did not speak English, but he was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay.

Antique room style blend in with old town Krakow
It's hard to get a similar apartment like this one. It's nicely decorated in an antique style, with book shelves of literature. It made us feel like going back to old renaissance. Although it's an apartment, there is daily clean up, which also wash the dishes. It's 5 minutes walk away from old town. There are Michelin or tripadvisor recommended restaurants along the street. Drawback: 1. There is no elevator. You need to carry your bag up to at least 1 floor to the room. 2. There's limited time when you can check in/out. There is a representative to contact you by email upfront. The representative writes good English. 3. The attendant at the front desk that we met spoke very little English. He was nice, but not able to help much, probably due to communication problem.

Our tenement house with the XV-century cellar, and the 17th-century superstructure, is located in the register of monuments of Krakow and the Main Conservation Officer for the city of Krakow, even if it was possible, he would not agree for installing the elevator.In the descriptions of our apartments there is information that there is no elevator, You can check it. Taking into account the fact that our Reception is virtual, we ask our guests to give us the approximate time of arrival to our facility, which will allow us to organize the arrival of a person speaking 4 foreign languages / English, Spanish, Portuguese and French / Our junior manager is available 24/24 through phone or e-mail, so you can take advantage of it at any time. Great central location, but also very quiet. Lovely big room (although so much to explore we didn’t actually spend much time in it!) Very comfortable bed. Helpful staff who were in contact even before we arrived, they arranged a taxi from (and back to) the airport, which was also a great service, lovely polite and friendly driver! Would love to return to Krakow and if so would love to stay here again!

Great place close to everything!
Stayed here back on early September. Had never been to Poland but found it to be just lovely. All the staff at Orlawska Townhouse was so welcoming and helpful. Marek at the front desk was always there to help and provide any assistance needed. We stayed in the Poet's Apartment, and it was very roomy with a nice kitchen area. The location cannot be beat as it is close to many restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. We actually ended up walking to the Wawel Castle, which is just amazing. This is very close to Cloth Hall, which has many local goods for sale. Prices at the restaurants and shops are very reasonable. Marek arranged for a car to take us to the airport, and the driver was excellent and very professional. I would love to come back to Krakow/Poland and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Orlowska. We stayed at the early 1930's room. It was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs are extremely nice and trying to help, except one last thing happened when we checked out. A staff forgot about our payment for the laundry service we ordered (which was in cash with no receipt and supposed to be paid in advance) and tried to charge us at the end. We spend a while with gantleman checked us out, he was very friendly and finally didn't charge us. Overall, we love the hotel, but make sure when you get the service, double check with them or ask for a written evidence.

The Loft
We loved the location - just 2 blocks off the Main Market and located on one of the quieter streets. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable but the loft twin bed was quite small and not very comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend this townhouse. I would like to return with my family and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment
We loved our apartment -- it was lovely, comfortable, in a great location in a great building. The apartment was well set up (kitchen, living room etc.) and we enjoyed relaxing there in the morning and evening after wandering around Krakow during the day. We were sorry to leave after only 3 days.
