Fab hotel. Really pretty interior and the breakfast was amazing! The restaurants in the hotel are amazing too. The spa is also fab. Definitely would return!

This was a great experience. The hotel has a very nice, contemporary look. Room was quite big. The breakfast was very impressive & delicious! So many choices and verity of food. It gets very quiet after 11pm - so if you want to get a drink later at night not possible. There was some construction being done outside - expect some noice after 8am. But generally this was a great choice! I would stay there again!

Gorgeous Hotel With Some Teething Problems
It's a beautiful hotel with lots of space. Room was lovely and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good too and there's a good bar. The only issue we had were with cleaning and some things with the front desk. I think because it's a brand new hotel, some of the staff are inexperienced. Hopefully that improves with time.

Esperienza di soggiorno ottima ma non perfetta. La palestra e spa non sono dirette dell’hotel ma associate, con un continuo via vai di persone. Accappatoio non presente in camera, va richiesto con un deposito di 24€ x 2 accappatoi. Per un 4 stelle lo trovo assurdo, li ho sempre trovati in camera a disposizione gratuita del cliente. Se la spa è piena è difficile rilassarsi, la palestra è enorme e stupenda Tutti i locali sono perfettamente arredati con stile La pulizia della camera non era perfetta tanto che per buttare la nostra immondizia ci sono voluti giorni Tutte piccoli considerazioni che fanno perdere punteggio a questo hotel Per il resto comunque mi sento di consigliarlo

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles ist modern ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere der modern ausgestattete Fitnessbereich. Mein Fitnessstudio in Essen kann mit dem Standard dort nicht mithalten. Die Geräte sind nagelneu und alles ist gut gepflegt. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich so ein gutes Studio in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Auch die Saunen sind hervorzuheben. Leider halten sich die Gäste nicht an vorgeschriebene Regeln, welches gegebenenfalls vom Personal öfter kontrolliert werden sollte( z.B. Benutzung des Handys; Einige Gäste verzichten darauf, in der Sauna ein Handtuch für den kompletten Körper zu verwenden, so dass Schweißflecken auf den Bänken entstehen). Das Frühstück war wunderbar, es fehlt nichts. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit der Straßenbahn in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns eine Wochenfahrkarte gekauft, Studenten der EU zahlen circa sieben Euro für die komplette Woche um mit dem ÖPNV zu fahren.Wir haben das Hotel als Familie genutzt und waren im Alter von 18-60 Jahre. Jedem von uns hat es gefallen. Gerne immer wieder. Ein Lob auch an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang und an die Damen und Herren, die die Zimmer gereinigt haben. Dank für die schöne Zeit.

A localização do Hotel é muito boa, ao redor do hotel tem diversos estabelecimentos como restaurantes e bares. O Hotel não fica longe do centro e o acesso é fácil via UBER gastando pouco mais de 5 euros cada trecho. O tamanho do quarto é super confortável, a decoração é impecável e servem um bom café da manhã com uma boa variedade. O Hotel tem um bar interno com ótimas opções de drinks.

Hôtel très récent avec une décoration très moderne. Le tram pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Cravovie est à 500 mètres. Le cadre est magnifique avec des restaurants de diverses spécialités. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec une multitude de choix. Le seul point négatif est la froideur du personnel et surtout de la personne à l’accueil du SPA.

Exceptionnel par la qualité architecturale (ancien site industriel reconverti) que par la qualité du service . Piscine très propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner dans la cour extérieure est superbe . Idéal pour un séjour avec une voiture . Je recommande très vivement cet hôtel .

Nieuw hotel met leuke atmosfeer
De sfeer van dit hotel is echt geweldig, samen met de leuke restaurantjes die hier ook zijn gevestigd geven het echt een unieke uitstraling. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel en schoon. Parkeren is gemakkelijk in de parkeergarage bij het hotel. Het ligt iets buiten het centrum van Krakow maar mbv de Bolt-app ben je zo voor een paar euro in het centrum.

Hotel is nice, but unfortunately location and surrondings are not that good at least for tourists. For business trip, if location is not important, hotel is great. Price was lover but if you want to visit old town or any other tourist sights, taxis cost about 10-20 euros to one direction. Adding additional travelling cost to price per night, rate is only a bit lower than other good quality hotels from walking distance to old town. There are some restaurants also located inside area, but so called ”normal, every day restaurant” is missing. Pitza or sushi as for lunch and for dinner every day is a bit strange :)

Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito bom; roupas de cama muito boas, 2 travesseiros, permite ir a pé ao Estádio Tauron para shows. Pontos negativos: descaso com os clientes: chegamos um pouco antes do check in, viagem longa, hotel grande, quarto pronto, mas não permite adiantar, sendo que você paga pela diária, o dia tem 24 horas e no entanto, você somente utiliza 20 horas; quando voltamos, além do horário das 15 horas, nos deram quarto errado: reservei 1 quarto casal e outro com 2 camas de solteiro para os filhos, nos deram 2 de casal; transtorno no dia seguinte para troca de quartos, com perda preciosa de tempo de viagem. Quarto casal com banheira, lisa, sem barra de proteção para entrar e sair, sem chuveiro para banho; escorreguei, quase me machuquei; quando reclamamos da falta de chuveiro, nos informaram que “muitos hóspedes gostam de banheira e não se importam com chuveiro”! Quando trocamos para o quarto com chuveiro, o sistema de água quente e fria, chuveiro e ducha menor, era invertido: outro risco que pode gerar queimaduras na pele; nos 2 quartos o sistema era assim! Não encontrei informações no site que diga pra você escolher entre chuveiro ou banheira, pois o quarto tem um ou outro. Por fim, consta no site e foi confirmado na recepção, que a distância até a Arena Tauron seria de 15 minutos e a passos rápidos na verdade é 25 a 30 minutos.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön in diesem neuen Hotel. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können mit mehr Abwechslung . Viele Tische wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt. Ansonsten war es ein wunderbarer urlaub dort

Rewelacja na wypad z dziećmi. Basen jest świetny i duży. Dużo miejsca pod dachem jest gdzie pochodzić. Bardzo ładna architektura.
