“Top Location!”

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the old town. Perfect location for bars, restaurants, shops etc. The scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet were amazing!

“Fantastic location”

The hotel was situated just off the main square in Krakow. The room was basic, clean and Eastern European looking with comfortable beds. The staff were very polite and helpful. If you need to borrow an adaptor or hair dryer, give reception a call and they'll send one up to your room. The breakfast (3 doors (not 2)away from hotel)was offering average hot and cold food. Only bad thing was that cleaners sprayed a lethal air freshner in our room and the rest of the hotel, which was so overpowering (not good for me who is sensitive to perfumes etc), we had to keep our windows wide open the whole time(in February).

Located a few metres from the square. Good food and friendly service in the hotel. Good buffet style breakfast in nearby restaurant.

We went as a family for my dad's 70th birthday. We 3 sisters had great rooms and really comfy beds with good pillows. My parents were also very happy with their accommodation. The breakfast was fine, the location magnificently convenient and the staff were very helpful. I was delighted with the whole trip especially after reading some very withering - but useful I suppose - reviews about the hotel after I had booked it.

We loved our stay here. Hotel very convenient. Lovely breakfast. Staff polite and helpful. Room was huge with lovely bathroom and windows that opened! We had a triple superior room for 2 adults and one child. Would love to return soon.

“Excellent Location”

Had a 3 night stay at this hotel in January. Location excellent right on the main square. Breakfast good with plenty choice and food continually topped up, nothing looked like it wasn't fresh. Clean rooms/bathrooms. Hotel secure and safe at night with 24 hour staff. Only complaint was there was no hotel bar open, but loads of bars open around hotel for a night cap!! Would definately go back.
