The gym facilities could be better - it was hard for the two of us to exercise at the same time - the room was so tiny. Other than that - all good.

Great public transportation and connection with City Center. Clean and comfortable rooms.Very well kept facilities. Delicious breakfast. That was my second stay in Hotel Centrum.

The room I stayed in was really nice and clean and spacious and had all the nice little touches. If I was to have one little say it would be to have darkened blinds, but everything was superb. The staff are extremely helpful and very nice. The food also was very good. A wonderful hotel.

Excellent staff, excellent hotel with very modern amenities, and a great breakfast station. Free parking for those driving in to the region, and tram station to take the tram in to the downtown area is very conveniently located from the hotel.

Business Short Stay
The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Nothing is every a bother for them. The room is very large but I found the bathroom a little cramped. I didn't like the pillows and found the mattress uncomfortable. For the short business trip and closeness to the place of work it was convenient but limiting as there's not much else in the area.

Comfortable hotel
Very good and comfortable hotel. Location isn't great but it is right by the tram that will take you to the main market square within 20min. Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast.

My fault for not checking map. I was in a rush when I booked. I saw "Centrum" and assumed it was center city. It is about a 20 minute drive away from the Old Town. Rooms were clean, nice, modern. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Very nice dining area both indoor and outside. Food is marginal.

Nice service, clean, easy to reach
It was a good experience. Breakfast and lunch/ dinner was a was nice: big size plates with the bear for dinner for the half price I could have in Germany.Quiet and close to the place I had to go every day. Easy to reach a center. I highly recommend!

Dangerous neighbourhood.
The hotel is not in the centre as the name leads you to believe. It is also situated in the most dangerous part of the city, to the point where even the hotel receptionist warned us to get a taxi at night and not even walk from the tram stop 100metres away. Lovely hotel, brilliant staff, good food. The only thing missing is tea and coffee making facilities from the rooms. But i will not stay there again or recommend because of its location.

Agem, very close to transport
This was a very modern hotel, good sized room, with excellent breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. The tram to town is about 75 metres away and cheap. Restaurant is very good and inexpensive.

Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen ,super Frühstück ,sauber freundlich naja alles was man für kurz trip braucht allerdings kaum Beleuchtung im Zimmer also sehr dunkel für mich ich denke das könnte man sparsam nehmen…

Die Unterkunft ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber machte einen sauberen Eindruck. Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Einziges Manko war das durchwegs junge Personal der Generation Y-Z, welche eigentlich Englisch können sollten und sich bei der Arbeit nicht gerade überstürzen. Ein Gast machte darauf aufmerksam, dass bei der Kaffeemaschine ein Fehler im Display stand und nur der wurde behoben anstatt gleich zu schauen ob sonst alles in Ordnung ist. Einen Kaffee konnte man runterlassen, dann war der Restebehälter voll. Danach wurde nur dieser geleert und drei Kaffee’s später war das Restwasser voll. Beim Zusehen hat man schon als Gast überlegt sich selbst zu helfen anstatt die dafür zuständige, jungen Dame zu „belästigen“ und sich ihre Begeisterung über den Arbeitsaufwand hinzugeben.

Pierwszy raz w życiu spotkała mnie kontrola pokoju przy wymeldowaniu, pan na recepcji poprosił bym poczekał, a ktoś sprawdził pokój i zadzwonił, że ok (oczywiście) - bardzo niemiła i upokarzająca sytuacja, jak prawie w każdym tygodniu gdzieś nocuję, takie podejście do gości spotkałem pierwszy raz - ŻENADA. raczej 3* a nie 4, aczkolwiek pokój przestronny, łóżko wygodne, pokój i łazienka czyste.

Na dzień dobry recepcja nie zachwyciła, ponieważ bliżej jej tylko i wyłącznie do baru hotelowego przy którym można zamówić drinka ( i oczywiście można to zrobić), ale ogólna ocena hotelu bardzo wysoka. Pokoje komfortowe, bardzo czyste, łazienki również przyjemne, w pokoju sejf, mini barek. Hotel na pewno godny polecenia.

Notre premier hotel en Pologne, loin du Centrum
Personnel de l'hôtel plaisant et agréable. Chambre correct et propre, mais c'est facile de trouver mieux! Repas: Déjeuner ordinaire, repas un peu cher pour ce que nous avons eu au souper, comparé à d'autres restaurants que nous avons faits. Très peu de stationnement, nous avons été chanceux car sinon il faut aller à la rue et c'était un énorme chantier de construction partout.

Lage etwas verzwickt, in Krakau werden gerade eine Menge Strassen aufgerissen und gesperrt, Zufahrt nicht ganz einfach. Wenn man aber mal den Weg kennt, kein Problem. Zimmer nach vorne für diejenigen etwas laut, die bei offenem Fenster schlafen (Strasse, S-Bahn). Zimmer sehr schön und bequem, hell und freundlich, Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend. Restaurant vorhanden, Essen gut und preiswert. Vor dem Haus im Sommer gemütlicher Biergarten, wo man auch essen kann. Einziger Wermutstropfen auch hier Strasse und S-Bahn. Service "unerfahren" und uneffektiv (z. B. kann der Kellner im Restaurant nicht gleichzeitig eine Bestellung aufnehmen und danach schmutziges Geschirr abräumen bzw. mitnehmen, das sind zwei Arbeitsgänge). Alles in allem: Wir würden das Hotel Centrum wieder buchen.

doře vybavený hotel, pokoje čisté, pohodlné,
naprostá spokojenost, drobná připomínka - adresa hotelu obtížně nastavitelná v navigaci, v důsledku stavebních prací na komunikaci hotel poměrně obtížně vyhledatelný kvůli množství objížděk ( není chybou hotelu ), pouze upozornění pro eventuelní příští návštěvníky. Nicméně pomocí tramvaje výborná dostupnost do centra města Krakova

Doskonały wybór w Nowej Hucie
Wygodny nowoczesny hotel biznesowy w centrum Nowej Huty. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa zwłaszcza Pani Edyta ze strefy śniadaniowej:-) Pokój wygodny i przestronny. Łazienka wygodna i czysta. Bezpłatny parking, dobre Wifi. Serdecznie polecam.

Et nybygget, absolut top klasse hotel, med elevator: 24 `timers top klasse service, køkkenet har åbent fra 07.00 til 23,00 Alle ansatte man kommer i kontakt med taler og forstår engelsk. Værelset: Køleskab med minnibar, safebox, aircon, fladskærm´s tv. med spejl. 2 store bøjle skabe Toilet med brusekabine, tørring for håndklæder, hårtørre som standart Hotellet ligger cetralt i Krakow, hvis man vil se byen og oplandet, med gode transport muligheder og gode til / frakørselsforhold og p-plads hvis man er selvkørende. Priserne er absolut humane. Sikkerheden er også i top, man kan roligt efterlade sin bil på hotellets p-plads, vi har på intet tidspunkt følt os utrygge, alt forgår i en rolig, afslappet og vendlig atmosfære.

Hotel Centrum - Quartiere Nova Huta
Lo sconsigliamo assolutamente per questi motivi: - da non farsi ingannare, di primo acchitto, dal nome dell'Hotel (Centrum) in quanto non si trova affatto al centro, inteso come quello storico o il cuore della città. E' al centro del quartiere Nova Huta che dista a circa 15/20 minuti dagli obsoleti tram n.ri 4/15; - 4 stelle le merita soltanto per gli arredi nuovi e moderni, ma affatto pratici come nel piccolissimo bagno, peraltro senza bidet e cabina doccia strettissima; - la camera (matrimoniale con letto aggiuntivo fatto dall'apertura di un già esistente divano, perantro con il materassino in gomma piuma di 2 cm - in sostanza si dorme su un tavolaccio di legno), si affacciava sulla viale Giovanni Paolo II, assai rumoroso per passaggio dei tram, delle auto a velocità sostenuta e delle tipiche e rumorose sirene che, anche nella profonda notte con traffico scarso, amano farsi sentire. Inoltre la cosa più fastidiosa era la luce che proviene da tutta la parete (più grande) e da una porzione di soffitto che in sostanza sono parte della vetrata principale dell'Hotel. Luce che non poteva venir esclusa in quanto le tende (elettriche) sono bianche e non coprono tutti gli spazi; - la colazione è al 98 % salata (wustel, affettati, verdure, yogurt, uova, etc...). C'era soltanto burro e miele e su richiesta, a volte, c'era soltanto marmellata o biscotti scadentissimi (anche per freschezza), dimenticatevi, insomma, la tipica colazione italiana (...e per caffè una brodaglia nera)-

Hotel centrum i Krakow - ok, men ikke igjen
Har akkurat kommet hjem etter 3 netter på Hotel Centrum i Krakow. Ca 1 times kjøretur fra flyplassen og 15 min fra krakow sentrum. Hadde tydeligvis sett litt feil når det kom til beliggenhet, ikke så sentralt som vi trodde. Men trikken går rett utenfor hotellet, noe vi benyttet oss av de dagene vi var der. Personalet på hotellet var kjempesøte og serviceinnstilte, kunne ikke vært bedre. Hotellet har fått 4 stjerner, vil vel sammenligne det med et 2 - 2,5 stjerner hotell i Norge. Frokosten er elendig på Centrum, og hvertfall ikke noe for en kresen gane. Vannet var lunket, brødet tørt og dårlig med pålegg. Det fantes heller ikke frukt (tørre appelsiner regner jeg ikke med) og kaffen smakte gammelt kl 8 på morgenen. Det var heller ingen andre spisesteder i nærheten, så vi måtte nedover mot sentrum for å spise. Det er også veldig lytt mellom rommene. Ellers var rommet rent og helt ok. Frokost er noe jeg setter høyt når jeg bor på hotell som ligger langt unna andre spisesteder. Med tanke på hvor dårlig den var + avstanden til sentrum vil jeg nok ikke anbefale dette hotellet. Vi var ikke så mye på hotellrommet så det duger jo om man ikke er kravstor når det kommer til standard. Men det finnes så mange andre hotell med bedre beliggenhet og til en bra pris.

Das Hotel entsprach (bis auf das Frühstück) voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Sauber, schick, freundlicher Service und leckere Küche. Mit Ausnahme des Frühstückes, welches nicht dem Standard entsprach (keine Brötchen, nur Toast). Ansonsten war der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Service hervorzuheben. Auch die warmen Gerichte waren hervorragend und wirklich sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren ein wenig sehr hellhörig. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
