We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Suites. The staff were friendly and helpful - Anna (the manager) was particularly helpful with wine great recommendations. The location is very central and there is a tram stop very close by. I would highly recommend 😊

Comfortable and warm apartment within a short distance of the main square. The staff were extremely helpful and our short weekend break in Krakow was enhanced by this place. Would definately recommend it and would certainly stay thwere again.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment in an excellent location. What more could you want? How about friendly receptionists (such as Kristian), and fresh towels when needed. And a teapot! The starter fridge stocking service was so helpful and introduced me to cheese I would not otherwise have tried. There was enough for breakfast and lunch for 4 days, and a yummy treat. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We loved PPP at 29 Karmelicka for inexpensive traditional food. There is a small grocery and liquor store at the end of the block. It is less than 15 minutes walk to the main square.

Lovely accommodation!
We were 3 friends and had a 2 bedroom apartment, so everyone had their own bed. Very comfortable - large rooms, 2 bathrooms - very comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even had a washer so we could do a load of laundry (soap included). Kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. We booked with breakfast and had a tasty bagel each morning at Cupcake Corner. We even went back one afternoon for a delicious cupcake. Would highly recommend Crystal Suites - location was perfect for exploring Krakow!

This hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood about a 10 minute to the city center. You felt like you were coming back to your home each night, as the apartment had everything you needed. Anna and the rest of the staff were happy to assist you in locating attractions and answering any questions. I would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful place, clean and quiet
We absolutely loved this apartment hotel! Check in was easy and everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and linens were good quality. It was nice to have two bathrooms, we had one of the apartments with two bedrooms and both bedrooms were very private. The big soaker tub upstairs was a plus. All the furnishings were very nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The carpet in the upstairs was worn and needed to be replaced, but the entire house was very clean. This place is absolutely beautiful and has lovely views. It’s only 10 minutes to walk to Kraków centrum. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Krakow!

This hotel is simply wonderful. It is elegantly outfitted, and care is taken to make it extremely comfortable. For instance, fresh and good coffee is provided in the rooms. As is a washing machine, so you can do your own laundry at the end of the visit. I appreciated that there was not daily maid service. Not only do I not like shooing the maid away all the time, I really like the environmentally friendly, sustainable way in which the hotel is managed. The suites are quiet and you are given ample privacy and independence to conduct your stay as you like. I just loved it.

This was the perfect place for two couple traveling together, and would have been just as good for a family on vacation! There was enough privacy and space for everyone, and space for gathering together as well.

Great stay
Lovely, clean apartment. Looked like the online photo. Secure building. The staff was very helpful. We walked in the area and thruout Krakow without concern. Old town was a 10 minute walk. A grocery was a 3minute walk. Breakfast was limited in the area to bagels. I would definitely ateky stay here again.

Classic Old Europe - but NOT a "hotel"
Crystal Suites Old Town is NOT a "hotel". Rather, its a few apartments in an apartment block in the Krakow city center near the main square. 2 room apartment was clean and classic Old Europe. But remember - this is NOT a hotel. Hence the "breakfast" you can buy isn't a breakfast at all. You get to go outside down the corner to a Cupcake shop where you get either a cupcake or bagel with coffee or tea. Seriously. But there is NOTHING "hotel-ish" about Crystal. And if you don't show up before 9pm, the night crew don't speak a drop of english. Not a word. Driver's beware! Crystal has ZERO available parking. Period. So you're left to fend for yourself. And on an isolated one-way dead end corner, you're not parking nearby. Would I rent again? Maybe. It wasn't cheap and really, it's just a high-end Hostel.

Such a steal !
I was suprised at how big and my room was ( Well equipped Kitchen area with a sitting area, living room, bedroom and bathroom with a bath tub!) . Area is very safe , receptionist staff very friendly ( Anna, Margaret and others). They helped me plan a trip to the salt mines as well, and arranged all my taxis .Wifi is excellent , location is central and I walked to all the places around ( old town, jewish quarters,Wavel castle ) though the area is well networked by Trams and buses . Some good places to eat in the area as well, there is a 24 hour general store and an apothecary too , so its very convenient ,.There is cupcake place right around the corner which also serves excellent coffee .For the price I paid, this place was such a steal !

Nice Apartment in a Good Location
We arrived much earlier than check-in time and since our apartment was not ready, they took care of our luggage until we could check in. It was a comfortable and large room in a location that allowed us to walk to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. There are great restaurants nearby (one on a side street the next block that was amazing). This was the second time we stayed there and would stay there again.

A home away from home on Christmas vacation
Initially, we selected Crystal Suites based on location, specifically to the tour origination places. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised, not only by the physical appearance of the suites, but by the friendly staff who welcomed us and made sure we had all the right tools to enjoy Krakow. We walked into the room to a wonderful and warm image of "home", not just a room but a true living space. As a family, we enjoyed BEING IN THE SUITE! We had ample space, the convenience of a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a wonderful master suite (calm even when facing the street). We explored a lot of the town of Krakow thanks to the proximity to main square; we found bakeries, coffee shops, pizzerias, the theater, and made it to the tours with just a 10-minute walk. We are thinking of returning, not just to Krakow, but to Crystal Suites to reenact the joy in visiting this lovely town. The personnel and security staff helped us in every aspect of the stay, including securing transportation to the airport (very punctual and polite driver). Our family was very pleased with Crystal Suites Old Town and highly recommend it.

Lovely room in an excellent location
The apartments are highly ranked on Expedia and TripAdvisor for good reason. They are a 10 minute walk from the main square, nicely furnished and very spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Krakow is a superb location for a weekend break and Crystal Suites represent an excellent base to explore.

A nice,clean place with very friendly staff.
My wife and I, as well as 2 friends in another room found this hotel to be clean and priced well for the somewhat on a budget travelers. We got around easily on foot, and to the train and bus stations in very inexpensive taxi rides. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we return to Kraków, we hope to stay here. VERY nice staff. Our friends had 2 double beds and my wife and I shared a twin. That did not work well as we are slender. I decided to sleep on the couch because the twin did not allow any movement as we would have nearly gone over the edge.Other than this, we had a very good stay at Crystal Suites with no complications at all. Almost 5 stars.

Charming apartments near old Town Krakow.
I was in Krakow for a short 4 day business trip. The Crystal Suites is not a hotel.....but really about a dozen nice apartments.....the staff is minimal but very helpful and friendly. I would say this is a 3 plus place.......good value for the money....quiet enough...on a side street. There is no food or food service at the Crystal Suites, but cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. The small kitchen is fine, but food prices are so inexpensive for an American, little need to cook in the apartment. I had a very pleasant stay and will likely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Crystal Suites. The hotel is beautiful, safe, clean and a wonderful base from which to see Krakow. We stayed with two children and had a very enjoyable time and wonderful night's rest.

Great hidden secret of Krakow
A hidden oasis in central Krakow only 1omins walking distance from the main square, great staff and really helpful. A perfect example of which was my wife caught a bald flu bug, which laid her up for a couple of days on the day we were suppose to checkout she was still fairly weak and we didn't want to have to wander the streets until our train at 9pm that night, reception let us stay until 8pm in our room until our train departure. Cant say enough how we really appreciated that.

With the Rynek Glowny (Main Square) a 10 minute walk and public transportation nearby Crystal Suites is a very convenient place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly and will do their best to arrange trips or just guide you around town.

Overall a very great and comfortable stay. The only negative was that the room was not cleaned during our week long stay (it was however spotless and perfectly cleaned when we arrived). We would have liked the room to have been cleaned and fresh towels brought up at least once during our stay (I had to ask for fresh towels). Apart from that, it was a perfect, lovely and cosy hotel.

We only stayed one night at Crystal Suites, but I wished we'd been able to stay longer. Spacious, two-room suite with all the comforts of home. Best value of all the hotels we stayed in in Central & Eastern Europe. Staff went out of their way to meet out needs, make recommendations, and answer our questions. Short walk to Old Town Square and to the airport bus.

Staff exceeded expectation
Lovely apartment. What impressed me more was the impeccable service of the receptionists. They were all very friendly. I can't appreciate them enough, especially Filip, who has been extremely helpful and walked the extra mile for that personal touch of service. Made my stay in Krakow a very memorable one and will definitely come back again.
