Great location just off the main road. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the cliff. Very friendly and helpful team at reception. Breakfast is fine. Remodeled rooms are nice. Two pools to choose from.

A really green and nice place
We realt enjoyed the peaceful grounds and surroundings at Green View. It is a bit away from the beach but the free transfer helps. We rented mopeds because it gives us more flexibility.

Unbelievably good pools - especially the colder one even my husband went in (he thinks it’s ozonated). He hasn’t been in a pool for 15 years but I couldn’t get him out of this one. Great staff, lovely rooms, lovely grounds, good food. Highly highly recommend.

Wonderful Garden Resort
Amazing garden setting.Lovely staff.lovely breakfast buffet, beautiful view from pool,rooms cleaned every day and tip top clean. It is the most relaxing garden area in ao nang. Super resort with many different type of rooms. The only thing that would stop you from having a relaxed stay is People bringing their loud/crying and screeching toddlers on vacation 😂

Visually pleasing and beautiful landscaping
As lovely as the place looks the experience is quite different. Room was dirty with condom wrappers near the bed. When room was serviced our cups were just rinsed and put back. The juice residue was still on the bottom of the glasses. On our last day our trash wasn't even removed. The staff were very nice but I would NOT recommend the cleaning staff. As said before the place is visually stunning but everything else was so so.

The hotel has 2 lovely pool areas and is close to Ao Nang town which is lovely. However our room smelled awful of drains the whole time we were there. When we arrived the bedding was also dirty with holes in it. The room was not cleaned very well as there were cobwebs, spiders and lots of bugs. I understand that the hotel can’t help that bugs bite, but we have stayed in many places in Thailand and this hotel was the worst for bites. I wore mosquito repellent, and slept in long sleeved tops and managed to get numerous bites in this hotel regardless, including on my face. The hotel is not great value for money, maybe worth a visit if you get s cheap price.

The room was great, big in size, good size balcony, bathroom and shower great as well, had nice views, breakfast was also very good with lots of choice, would recomend this hotel to any couples or famillies, well impressed 👌👌👌

It’s a ok resort to stay in. Relaxing area!
Great time in this area of Thailand. Only thing is beds are extremely hard at this resort and the room cleaning is alright. Felt like they didn’t change the sheets the whole week we where there..... when I asked for a room change they put me right beside the construction area and it woke me up at 6am every morning. (Not ideal) didn’t even give me a discount or any deal when I brought this up....

Was really hoping for a good experience after seeing photos of this resort. I stayed in a bungalow and had geckos crawling all over my walls and safe. There were also lizards near the pool and on the walls of the hotel lobby. As someone who has a phobia of lizards, this was a terrible experience. Staff seemed to find it funny when I told them but eventually allowed me to change rooms after I complained multiple times. Also found the rooms to be quite dark and bathrooms seemed old. Would definitely not stay here again. Horrible excuse for a vacation.

Honest review, stayed September 2017
Really enjoyed my stay, although definitely because of the room, it's worth spending the extra couple of pounds for the economy rooms with wifi. They were very comfortable and modern, so it was enjoyable to stay in. Location was okay as well, a 10 minute walk to the beach, which myself and my boyfriend quite liked because of the amazing street food, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus there and back so it's not an issue either way. Staff were always helpful but at times standoff-ish and cold about enquiries, however we were self sufficient so didn't interact with staff too often. The pools are gorgeous! Breakfast Was basic with not much choice, but again not too bad for a little something. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

FAN room review
The room looked like in the pictures only it was very dark inside. HOWEVER on Hotels.com it stated in the description that there was TV and Fridge and it was a very basic room like in the old days. I would not recommend this room simpley cause you are at the mercy of other people round you. IF you have neighbors you will hear when they talk,snore and ..ahem do other things... My room had Termites which also ate into our clothes! Apart from that the pool area was what attracted me and everything was really run down ..especially the pool chairs..sooo old and raggedy looking. Although the reception area is gigantic and posh, I feel like the Hotel grounds is an eye sore....nothing matches..so many different buildings and bungalows..no Theme, no flow..everything is mix and match...and again very ugly deck chairs.. Breakfast was ok....but I would not recommend the fan room. For the same price you can have another room with ac, tv, fridge and so on. Staff was friendly and I cant complain. However they said pool hours were till 8pm but you can swim at any time if you keep quiet....I never once saw anybody tending to the pool but I think one evening when we swam someone had just put chemicals in...since my skin started burning and the water was sour like lemon. So be careful. All in all it is ok and they are still improving the place. I was ok till some neighbors next door were talking on the phone all night. BUT i would not book this hotel again.

We had mixed feelings about this hotel. When we stayed it was being renovated, adding new modern rooms which looked beautiful and a new pool. We stayed in an older room with an extra lounge area by the pool and though it was comfortable it was a bit shabby and had a caravan park feel. The view is fantastic and the area a little off the main road so quieter and natural. The free shuttle to the beach was great. The service was just ok.

For a one who wants live as a part of nature
Family room AC did not dry the air so linen felt wet all the time. Warddrobe and toilets were outside so all clothes started to smell bad because we couldn't keep the clothes dry. Also the staff injected every evening some sort of mosquito repellent so anything you kept in warddrobe or in the toilet started to smell bad mosquito repellent. The breakfast was a simple and the same all the time so after a week had enough. Wifi was working quite fine all the time so a plus for that. The stuff was helpful but their english was not very good.

Nice quiet hotel away from main road
Overall it was a good experience, the hotel was nice set away from the main strip of Ao Nang so was silent at night. You can get a free shuttle every hour from 8-8 which was very useful. The pool was lovely, always enough sun beds. breakfast was OK, plenty of choice for us, the tea was awful, coffee not bad. The staff spoke little English but enough to get by, always smiling and doing their best. Our room was the cheaper of the two bungalows, the aircon worked great, if you have to have powerful showers, this room wouldn't be for you. We had a few 'critters' at night, but when you think its basically in the middle of the forest, it's just one of those things. It has a rather lovely koi pond, a few resident kitties which we befriended and a pond with a fountain. WIFI signal is outstanding everywhere within the hotel, the tv channel signal, was atrocious. Would definitely stay again :)

A few minutes walk to the main road, but not that near ti the beach. Near to Ao Nang mosque. Awesome pool access!! Gorgeous towel fold!!! Great outdoor ambience. Sadly, not all staff are ready to serve you willingly. Decent varieties of breakfast buffet spread.

Lovely resort hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms (but somewhat confusing light switches). 2 pools in nice grounds, reasonable food options available in the hotel but 2 minutes walk to the high road with plenty of food options, massages, and other shopping. Regular free shuttle bus to Ao Nang Beach and ferries to Railay, Phro Nang, and the Islands.

All the amenities at a great price
Comfortable room, good breakfast, good wi-fi, nice pool, shuttle every hour to Ao Nang Beach...this place has everything you need. There are restaurants and massage places within a five minute walk, or take the shuttle to the beach (must for sunset), and there are many, many restaurants and shops. Local tours on sale in several nearby locations.

Terrible!
No privacy! Most rooms are located on the common grounds where everyone walks by, even right next to refreshment areas. How would you like to read on your patio while having people eating and parents minding their kids right there in front of you, while others hop into the water bassin and party away right next to your room? That is exactly how it felt. I thought I might relax by the nice swimming pool at least, but nope, there is construction near the entrance and you hear that noise all day! If you want to relax, go to your room, and close the curtains, as anyone walking by is likely to see, or you would see them. But then, it gets worse. The condition of the room itself was terrible, I didn't even. bother unpacking. I don't know what the higher end rooms are like inside, but avoid the regular rooms! The only thing that was ok, and without emphasis, was the included breakfast buffet. To sum it all, I winded up spending as much time outside the resort as possible, returning only to sleep.

Nice hotel with 2 swimming pools
The hotel location is ok, not very far from beach and there's a shuttle bus runs hourly to the beach side. The breakfast is also ok, the best I like is the hotel swimming pool, nice view.

It was an excellent Hotel for the Price with quiet location, 1 Km from AO Nang Beach. The hotel has excellent breakfast service and very nice swimming pool with the view of green jungle. It is highly recommended for the people who like to stay offbeat from hotel rooms as most of them are bungalows.

Quiet with great rooms.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Rooms were spacious, clean, and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning in our room did not work to our satisfaction and the free breakfast was not at all satisfactory az they did not keep anything stocked, and did not seem prepared for more than 2 people eating at a time. We'd definitely visit this place again.

Amazing views
1st hotel we stayed at in Ao Nang. We arrived to a building site, so naturally we were a little confused! It turns a new building is getting built opposite the reception shack. There is a little bit of noise coming from there during the day. The new structure spoils an amazing view. However, once you get around the corner to the pool and bungalow area it can't be seen due to the trees around it and you can forget it's there quite easily, thanks to the amazing view! I didn't like that the reception was not manned 24/7. One early morning around 6am our safe wouldn't work, we were up early to catch a ferry to Phi Phi and we had to wait till 7am before staff arrived to help us open it. Could have been a disaster if you needed an early check out to catch a flight or something. Other than this the staff were very helpful and kind. 15-20 min walk to the beach and 5min walk from some fun bars. Fair price for the accommodation.

stayed in 2 rooms. 1st night in a twin room with fan & Mosquito nets. Room was dim with wooden interior.Large bathroom, good shower & generous toiletries. Then I moved to a bigger unit, with double bed, kitchen with fridge and sink. Still a fan room but no mosquito net. -ve:(1) VERY VERY POOR WIFI.(2)hotel staff uncaring & cold. on my 2nd day, I had waited for the hotel shuttle in town which didn't turn up. staff wasn't concerned that i had to walk at night and only then i was told that i had to pre-book at the reception if i wanted a pick-up in town. this kind of information should have been told to guests up front. Instead i was "shoved" with the notice abt the shuttle service.(3) No safe provided altho it was stated in hotels.com. had to leave my thgs in the front desk office safe along with their own things when i went out (4) No TV altho it was stated in hotels.com. Hotels.com shouldn’t mislead their customers with false information.(5) no place to hang clothes/towel in rooms +ve: (1)Free shuttle service to town, up to 8pm. Must pre-book if u want pick-up back. Street is well-lit, with houses near hotel so it's quite safe. (2) 15mins walk fr Aonang beach-many food stalls, massages & bike rentals along the way.(3) very convenient for Muslims-halal food is aplenty nearby Hotel must improve on HUMAN customer service and poor wifi. As there is no TV in the room, i rely heavily on wifi. Hotels.com must avoid putting information which are untrue in the room description
