"This property sits back from the beach about 100m, making it quiet and peaceful, with many birds singing in the morning. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. This is a great stay for a budget hotel. Kovalum Beach is really scenic as well."

"Right on the beach a great position but sadly tired & worn. Had to request cleaning as it didn’t happen unless I did. Could do with a good clean & a good luck of paint. Staff pleasant enough but not very forthcoming coming spent too much time on their phones"

"Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, has to be one of the better hotels in Kovalam beach. We are actually staying here in a March and accidentally booked the wrong date, but the hotel let us change the booking free of charge even though we had a non refundable/changeable reservation. This shows what kind of a great hotel and staff this is. Definitely I recommend this hotel."

"It's a good place. Very close to the beach and other places. Good eating options around. Staff is very good and helpful. The condition of the hotel is not so great. Breakfast is very ordinary. Overall, it's good for the price offered. "

"Arrived late and put in inadequate room- was unable to move to a room we had actually booked till the next day! Wi-Fi only in main block. No response to inquiries regards onward travel. No pool chairs or sunbeds had to use a plastic chair from restaurant! Have to ask for room to be cleaned. Photos on website probably taken over 10 years ago as totally rundown hotel- air con was good though! I would not revisit or recommend this hotel "
