The location couldn't have been better. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was better than most. The only problem was the stairs to the room. My room was on the top floor, no elevator.

Spacious & clean room. Good location. Breakfast was good with some hot food options. Not much in terms of kitchen supplies (plates etc.), but we did not need them as we were a one night stay.

We picked this hotel as it was close to the city Centre. Great restaurant nearby. The breakfast wasn’t that great no fruit. Had a smoking room spacious room Had an injury and. Cab was called for us. Did not happen at the hotel. The staff looked after us very well it’s a 3 star

Good option in Kosice
No parking, so we had to look for street parking. Room was large and comfy. hotel was convenient to everything in old Town Kosice. Breakfast was very good, and you could take it in the courtyard.

Relaxing comfortable and friendly.
A fabulous welcome to this centrally located Pension. It's virtually a 3 star hotel it's so nice. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a good selection and the buffet hot food was replenished frequently. The property is centrally located yet on a quiet street a few minutes walk from rail and bus stations

Value for money. Good staff and nice. Breakfast was adequate and room comfortable enough. Nice little city. The locals are honest but you do encounter downright rudeness, especially in the cafes and platforms of the railway station.

Very very friendly and helpful staff, The property is a bit old, and the room doesn’t come with many basic amenities such as kettle, hair dryer, slippers; since I had a cold and had to ask the reception to bring me hot water everyday, but they were very helpful. It’d also be very nice if they have restaurant for dinner as many restaurants weren’t opened till late. An overall quite pleasant stay, I’d say the staff has positive impact on the property. Thank you for your help!

We found out we were on the top floor (no elevator). We had two large bags. The helpful staff carried them to our third floor room. We caught an early train (before breakfast) but they made us Take-Away breakfasts for us. Next time, we will request a lower floor when booking.

Great. Friendly and helpful staff.
I think what made the trip so nice was the hospitality by the staff. Zuzana in particular was very helpful whenever I needed anything and reflected a much higher level of service than would usually be expected of a 3 star property.

My room is facing to the pedestrian road and in the 1st floor. People can peer your room when walk by the road. Other than that, everything is good.

This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. I might even say that the hotel is a little pricy in the off season surprisingly compared to when there is an event. It is in a good location close to old town. I stayed here twice this month. The staff was nice the until I left something in the room at check out. I left a hat to dry on the heater and went back within an hour of check out and the hat was gone no where to be found. I would be careful with your stuff in this hotel. Otherwise the room was clean, breakfast was great and location was fine.

Very nice hotel
The hotel was very nice. First of all, the staff was so smart that she can understood everything I needed. I asked laundry service, and it has perfectly done, while other hotels didn't have laundry service during my trip. Other than that, the location is perfect that it is near from the station and the old town. The bathroom was very wide and clean. All were so nice.

The location was great but without the craziness of the main street. We got a room facing interior of the building and was very quiet during the night.

The room was horrible. Very old-fashioned and worn down. Do not recommend to stay in this hotel. Walls were very thin so we could hear other noisy guests. Didn't like the breakfast as well.

Perfect hotel to be in the Centrum of Kosice.
The hotel pocation is perfect to access all the the old town and new shopping cennter. Close to the park and historic churches and the museums of Kosice. An easy walk with luggage to the train station and bus terminal. The staff was great, perfect English speakers and always friendly. The room needs a refrig. from over 2 day stay and a fan for the warmth of late May. The area is safe, clean and close to cafes and resturants and local shops. I never needed a taxi to get around.

We weren't expecting more
We were in town for the Christmas market...only one night. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a suite on the second floor. Basic decoration. There was no coffee in the room or blow dryer in the bathroom, but it was sufficient. There's private parking for a smaller fee than parking on the street but it's a little walk from the pension. Not bad but be prepared to navigate a little. Breakfast was okay. We went a little later so there wasn't anything warm but it was offered to us. We had cold cuts bread that could be toasted, cream cheese, butter, cereal, yogurt, fresh veggies.

The horse inn staff was very accommodating to our group when we requested glasses and ice. However only one of our 2 rooms had AC and it was a hot summer day. The room furnishings were adequate for the price but could be a little cleaner (hair on bathroom floor, ick). And why a pedestal sink with no counter space when you could park a mini Cooper in that size bathroom? Food neighborhood brings the rating up.
