It has been clearly informed and made understood about the Non-smoking rooms and you have signed on non-smoking policy during your check-in, but you and your team have violated the policy of the hotels and smoked in the rooms. after the smoke, we can't offer the particular rooms to the other guest (48 hours) due to the smell. Charges are towards the maintenance and recovery of the non-smoking rooms.We always strive to provide the best service to our guests.
