Check your bill carefully.
Biggest Gripe. Though I paid in full in advance at Hotels.com they tried to charge me in full again when I checked out. When I checked in, they said I had only pre-paid for a room without air conditioning and then took me to a hot room. I agreed to pay an extra Rs 400 for air conditioning. Then on checkout they wanted me to the entire bill again, as if I had not prepaid at Hotels.com. When I told them I had already paid they reran the bill and charged me way more than Rs 400 for the air conditioning. I told them I would only pay Rs 400 a night for air conditioning. They readily agreed. I do not think I should have paid anything extra for the air conditioning but I was sort of stuck since I had prepaid. The check out process took 25 minutes and that is with no one ahead of me. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast buffet did vary some from day to day. They had to be reminded that I needed towels. The wi-fi was good. My room overlooked a gas station. There are many other hotels in the area and my guess is that not all charge for air conditioning. I would take a chance on somewhere else for the same Hotels.com price next time. I did not try the restaurant.

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, we have different options in room categories like Executive Non AC, Superior AC and Suite AC. You had booked the Executive Non AC room which has a fan and is not equipped with an AC. After you requested for an AC room we upgraded you to a Superior AC room at a nominal charge although the tariff is different for both the categories. This should have been explained at the front desk and we apologize for the same. The delay in check-out is not excusable and we regret the inconvenience caused. We will make sure that this issue i not repeated again and the front desk has been briefed accordingly. Looking forward to welcoming you again. Thank you.
