"Loved this beautiful cabin, one of the nicest places I've stayed. Had all amenities you could ask for and more, plus a sauna. Cosy decor and loved the fireplace and the balcony overlooking the lake. Cabin was very clean and great location close to the centre of Akaslompolo. Hope I can stay here again some time."

"Loved our stay here. Long way from hotel facilities and no pool access. We had children with us. Our apartment needed more cutlery and glasses. I often expect when booking through a hotel and upgrading the room that you still get to access hotel facilities and have basics in room like tea and coffee. Amazing views, clean and comfortable. "Marikki, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly, a real 'people person'. We were slightly concerned that we were a little way from the village to go out to eat in the evening but this was not a problem. The hotel meals were so good there was no need to go out - very tasty and with a traditional theme. The local taxis are also quick and efficient. This was a very comfortable place to stay where the hosts made every effort to ensure you have a good time. It is right next to a ski track so easy...
