"The location is exciting but the city conditions are not as same as expected. One need to research before going."

"This place is heaven for nature lovers. A place in the forest, surrounded by flora and fauna. It is a vast property with many Adventures activities like Zip - lining, Archery, swimming pool, Burma Bridge, Campfire etc. Rooms are Air conditioned and they have luxury tents too around the swimming pool. It is a pet friendly resort. The food they serve is like home made food, both veg and non veg food are served in buffet style and not A la carte basis. In summer, they have summer camp where around 600 to 700 people visit this resort. They have ample car parking space. The reception is opposite to car parking. The best of this property is that they don't have Television in any of their rooms. But, you can hear the chirping of various birds and insects. Only JIO network works here properly. In summer it was so beautiful, I do imagine how it will look in Rainy season as it is covered by Hills and greenery."

"Not as expected, as rooms were pretty hot even with AC turned on. of course with an area of 3BHk villa you can't expect 1 ton AC to cool the room"

"It was good , but the room we got this time did not have good view .,I have visited Hilton Shillim 6 times . The staff were not willing to change the room even on payment . It was difficult to escalate this to the site manager . Was disappointed ."

"Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."
