Amazing

A great stay
The weather was amazing. The tram serving Augsburg is just around the corner. The Hotel has a nice restaurant with local cuisine and amazing beer and wine. The breakfast buffet was more than pleasing.

There is no A/C and the window opened into a courtyard where people came to smoke. We were there only at night and on second floor, but it was a job opening and closing the window in order to cool the room off before we could sleep. They only use duvets on the bed—no sheets on top or blanket which made it warmer. Took our box of Kleenexes when they cleaned, too.

Heart of Königsbrunn
Gem, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and has everything you could want! The room was nice and comfortably. Highly recommend.

Had a hanging bridge above property and although lit of improvements are being made the hotel and very nice restaurant are in a beautiful setting with many activities in the area. Rooms were clean and nice as was restaurant facility

Very friendly staff,very helpful. Rooms were quite hot but windows open if you don’t mind leaving them opened. Went to restaurant downstairs , was good. Breakfast was good too. Restaurant across was good also

Nice hotel. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice dinner restaurant in the hotel and across the street. Easy parking. Rooms can be warm as there is no air conditioning. Would stay again.

Not too bad at all
Nice friendly staff , but the hotel is a little dated in some ways ... no problem for me but i can understand others being put off by the decoration. Breakfast was great !!

No washcloths, no microwave, and no thermostat.
If you're hot, take your clothes off or open the window with no screens. No tub either. Beds were simple and comfy. Place was spotless and modern and quiet. Convenient location and helpful staff. Breakfast was yummy and the restaurant had a nice menu and good food. Parking was a little tight, but free. Catch a movie and get an ice cream across the street.

Simply the best
As in the Tina Turner's song: simply the best. Everything was so good, so it is impossible to emphasize specific things. In spite that there is a coffee machine at the breakfast room I was asked whether I would like a filter coffee. Just a personal touch.The hotel is located in the suburb, a bit away from the center of Augsburg, but if you have a car, it is a matter of 10-15 minutes and you are in the center. Definitely will stay again if I am around !!

We stayed here to be close to family. It was centrally located for us and worked out wonderful. Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was awesome! Nights were warm without AC but that is the German way. None of our family have AC. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Too much street noise.
Lovely hotel, unfortunately located directly across the street from the Multiplex Cinema, made for a very noisy stay, as there was no air conditioning we had to have the windows open and could hear the street noise very late in the evening and very early in the morning. Enjoyed a Delicious dinner in the restaurant, and the staff was very warm & welcoming. Our stay was pleasant,other than the street noise we encountered.

Lady working evening was very helpful as we were trying to figure out some travel arrangements. She even brought us back to her PC to try and handle. Breakfast was good and room was very comfortable.

Wonderful family run hotel
Very nice hotel. Easy to get to Augsburg. Wonderful small town to walk to restaurants. Grocery store within walking distance. Nice size room. Two chairs is a real bonus in Europe. Comfortable beds and pillows. Shower, no tub in our room, which was great. Very nice buffet breakfast. Hotel restaurant very good. Friendly, helpful staff. A great stay.

Breakfast is good, and always clean
It was my first trip to Germany. I arrived at Munich Airport around 9PM, rented a car, and holy cow! I did not realize how far Best Hotel Zeller is from the airport. It was raining, pitch dark, winding road with hard-to-read street signs. Good thing Sixt car rental gave me a high tech VW Golf with an awesome navigation, otherwise there is just NO WAY I will get there. I will tell you though that BHZ is actually at the center of most landmarks, which is about an hour from say Neuschwanstein and Munich Center, and a couple of hours from Salzburg or Rothenburg. It's just not a good idea to drive to the hotel at night, especially if it's your first time to travel Germany. The good side about BHZ is they clean the room every day which I think is important, and the breakfast is worth getting, especially the croissants and bacon. I miss it terribly. The people are also nice, not so much the guy who checked us out, he was grumpy maybe he lacks sleep or something. Otherwise, the people there are wonderful and cheerful!

Nice Hotel and Good Cost
Hotel was great, in a small town near Munich and Augsburg. Cost was very reasonable. All stores were closed on Sunday, so did impact trip - true for all of Bavaria. However, hotel restaurant was great. Great service and breakfast buffet.

Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel outside Munich. Great food and staff is excellent and very helpful. Only issue was we had a room overlooking the main street which was very loud. Location is not something that can change but perhpas asking about room choices at check-in as the hotel was not full. Overall however very pleased.

It Was Nice
It is a good hotel in a charming neighborhood two subway stations away from the very center. The only negative thing to say is that the room was not spacious enough for our family of three, but we could easily deal with this inconvenience. Would definitely stay again.

A very friendly, clean hotel.
Very well located in a surprisingly pleasant town with a beautiful altstadt. The room was outstanding and the staff were very helpful when organising trains and there was a computer where we could use the Internet gratis in the lobby.

Good hotel with nice foods
Staff were nice and helpful. The cafe and restaurant served very good foods. Very cozy room. The only complaint is that they didn't have any double bed mattress - the double bed we got was simply two single mattresses on a double bed frame.
