Best Hotel
We stayed over two weeks and we liked the place. Their rooms are spacious and clean.Staff is very courteous and polite in their approach especially Miss Devu. She is an asset to the organization. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent with a wide range of dishes. I would highly recommend Hotel Green Room's

Short pleasant stay
Pleasant short stay. Arrived at 12 am and left around 11 am. Swift check in. Clean comfortable room. Variety of buffet for breakfast and swift check out

A pleasant stay.
The staff are so very generous and they help a lot. The cafeteria staff very very helpful and attended us individually. The chef came personally and asked our needs and asked us do we need anything else. They made us feel very comfortable. All together a pleasant stay.

Stay for 2 nights
Experienced twice actually! Door to room couldn't open. Requested for a change of room. Happened the same the following day. Staff were not responsive. Lost my temper and requested for attention immediately. Breakfast was decent. Room and toilet cleanliness so so.

Great Stay
The stay was really great with the rooms being really neat and clean. It is also in the city close to the KSRTC stand making travel easy to every part of Kochi and outside. The breakfast is also great.

We stayed at Abad Atrium paying a premium price over Abad plaza and thought it will great. The only good thing is the ebterance which looks like you are entering a solid property with posh lift in the front. Taling about our room: Full of breaks, cracks on the wall, doors. Bathroom-you would not like to take a shower in it. Broken tap, again door is cracked as well. Kto my investigation, i dillaed reception and asked then why should j pay a premium price at Atrium when i can stay at much cheaper at Abad llaza. The ayaff told this is a premiuim and newly built propoerty-which to my surprise doesnt really look new. Abad plaza does looks better from outside compare to Atrium. Hotel doesnt serve alcolohilic beverages in case anyone js jit aware of this. I would definitely not go back to this hotel. Even budget hktwls are way far better than this. I checked IBIS hotel on the same lane and which looks ljke a new propoerty. Also, anything yiu ask for at Abad Atrium-pool, weighing scale you will need to go to Abad plaza. So not s oh re who gave them. 4 stars?

Dinner was not available for resident guests - blocked booked for functions and groups and guests not notified - treated very badly for the money paid.

Clean hotel in a central location
The stay was good. Most of the staff were courteous and helpful. One of the chefs is arrogant and cannot cook. The dinner that he made for us was unpalatable. He is a blight on a good hotel like this one.

nice hotel close to everything in very busy street
we spent 3 days the weather was fine we found all the transport we needed to visit the places we were interested in visiting and the hotel helped us a lot with our transport needs

Just nice for a short, quiet stay in the heart of MG Road. Generally clean rooms and service is just fine. Food is quite good. Room service was efficient. Free wi-fi is a welcome bonus.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN INDIA. STAY AW
When we tried to check in, they were extremely rude. They would not accept that we were based in Bangalore because the color of our skin. But it did not end there. They initially refused to check us in unless we produced an Indian passport, which we do not have. We are expats and although we have foreign passports, we live in India. Apparently this hotel either does not like white people or cannot understand the ex pat concept (or both). Only when a manager came down were we allowed to check in. I am still confused as to why they were so mean spirited toward us. Then they demanded more money because my wife was traveling. Our reservation was for two, but they would not accept this, so we had to pay extra for the privilege of being married. Then when we FINALLY entered our room, the room was disgusting. The carpets are soiled, the fixtures are gross, and the room smells of mildew. Our friend had to change rooms because their room smelled so strongly of smoke. When complaining the second time, they were told, "all of our rooms smell of smoke" by management. Yuck, but at least they were honest!

Good location, Good service
The location of the hotel is very convenient and marine drive is a 5 min drive. I stayed in a 2 single bed superior room. The room was comfy and pretty spacious although the bathrooms are not. The tub if for kids, i guess. Breakfast is good, not many options available. Overall a great place to stay in terms of service and quality of mgt.

Peace and quiet
The staff responded to every request promptly and were all very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent - our compliments to the chef, who came out to meet us at our table. There is an excellent swimming pool on the roof at the Plaza next door and we also enjoyed an Ayurvedic massage at the Plaza health spa. I recommend the Abad Atrium and would book an Abad hotel in the future.

Hôtel sympatique et personnel
Hôtel sympatique et personnel cordial, mais des efforts à faire au niveau du service, wifi payant, personnel peu compréhensif ou peu informé pour des services en ville. Un entretien des chambres serait à faire, comme la porte de la chambre fracturée (perte de clé ??) et peu efficace en fermeture !!
