It was convenient location for access to transportation and in a quiet location. 2 malls close by as well as convenience stores and shops. Older property but pretty well maintained. Breakfast buffet was convenient and large assortment for family. Not modern and flashy but god value we would return again.

喫煙ルームでしたがタバコの匂いは一切しなかった。消臭剤やファブリーズの常設はグッド。部屋やバスルームはとても広いし特に問題はない。デスクのコンセントが1口なので、PC他の機器を同時に使う場合はタップが必要。貸し出しがあるかどうか確認することをお勧めする。

Very generous!
The staff were very accommodating of us native English speakers, phoning for taxis for us and were always polite and patient. Room was very generous since we shared a triple room: amazing value at only ~£33pp/night. Toiletries provided stretched from not just shower gel, handwash and shampoo but also to razers, toothbrush kits etc.

The breakfast was okay, nothing to brag about.
For the price, it was worthwhile staying. The room was big having two single bed for staying alone. Once again, the experience staying at this hotel was much better than I expected for the amount I paid, including the breakfast.

The staff dosen't speak the best english, but it is their second language and they more than made up for it with their service and curteousness. The rooms weren't huge, but they were large compared to most Japanese hotels Ive stayed in.

I was not staying at the nicest floor compared to the other lower floors in this hotel but this is as closet to a hotel back in America which I appreciated greatly. The hotel was a lot more spacious compared to the conservation of space in normal Japanese hotels. The bathroom was really spacious as well (there was counter space!). The only thing flaw I had was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom so I did see mold forming in the bathroom but very little. The best parts of this hotel is that the station was so close and no matter which train you were on, it would stop at this specific area (mainly because the baseball stadium was there). There is also a 7-story mall next door as well as another walking distance mall. Lastly, the staff were great. They do try their best to accommodate foreigners even with a language barrier, but there has never been an issue. They are so accommodating and friendly. I definitely would recommend and come back to this hotel.

The property was located very near the train and many estieries. The staff was kind and the check in and out process was seamless. The non skoing room i booked completely reeked of smoke. My eyes got swollen the first night and all of clothes began to smell of smoke. This was the worst part of my experience.

甲子園球場側のホテルでホームゲームのない日だったので、ホテル周辺は閑散としていました。三ノ宮と大阪の間にあるので、少し不便さはあるもののとてもリーズナブルなホテルです。

甲子園駅から徒歩数分の場所にあり、近隣にはショッピングセンターがある一方繁華街にあるわけではないので夜は静か、と立地環境は最高に良いです。 しかし人手不足の影響思われる（以前と比べての）清掃状況の劣化も見られました。残念ではありますが、世情を考えると仕方ないことかも知れません。 設備については、シャワーヘッドの穴が小さく、水（湯）が面ではなく点で身体に当たるので、結構痛いです。水量は少なくて済む（＝水道代削減）かもしれませんが、利用者としては明らかに✕です。これは「やってはいけないコスト削減」の典型例かと。

阪急甲子園站出來，走路十分鐘即可抵達。飯店大廳寬敞舒適，唯獨住宿期間正在進行電梯系統更新維修，需等待較長時間。房間內極度寬敞，雖然在高速道路旁邊，但隔音效果極佳。
