The valet was very helpful when our windshield shattered. Safelite was given directions to where our car was. Lobby personnel were gracious and friendly. The daily wine hour provided a beautiful scene of the city. Food was delicious!!

Clean, spacious room, great breakfast. Valet parking was very slow, but appeared to be under staffed. Great for families, but is pricy. Great location.

I was in town fpr a death in the family. I showed up very late in the evening with my whole family and they were so helpful. Everyone on the night shift recognized that i was grieving, offered so much help to get us to a room, and the valet even helped unload our bags. I was so grateful for the help in a time where i was very emotional

Fun Christmas Eve spot
This Embassy Suites is a beautiful hotel with a perfect location in downtown Knoxville. Our room was spacious and the bed comfort was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient except for one woman at the breakfast buffet. AND the breakfast buffet was a major disappointment with cold eggs, mediocre french toast. I would definitely recommend getting the custom made omelet.

Embassy Suites Downtown Knoxville is one of my favorite hotels in Knoxville. Always comfortable, clean, friendly service, convenient to shopping, restaurants and theaters. In the summertime, the rooftop pool & lounge are so much fun!

Enjoyed the stay very much! Service at breakfast was top notch. Rooftop bar was both high end, yet friendly. Late night valet gave attitude when we returned to the hotel about 11:30 pm, did not see the sign about using room key to enter and could not get through the auto doors. Yes, it was our mistake, however the attitude was unnecessary. Pointing out our mistake with a smile would have been better received by our group.

The hotel was beautiful. Parking wasnt too hard to find, even with teen board happening. The rooftop bar/pool was a perfect cool down during the hot summer. There was a Taylor Swift themed party occuring while we were there and that was fun.

Greg and Papa at breakfast really added to our wonderful experience here. Greg is the host and he is always upbeat and seems so happy to see you and help. Papa makes the omelets and loves it when its busy. He works hard and has a great sense of humor making your morning quite delightful.
