Bathroom had a lot of white pieces of something all over floor. Room smelled stale and musty. Unlike other Confort Inns Wehave stayed. Location was convenient, staff was nice, breakfast was good.

The hotel is a little older but kept very clean. The adjoining doors can be an issue depending on your neighbors, but the staff is very hospitable and the breakfast has lots of options. We would stay again if we visit Knoxville.

This property was right off the expressway and convenient The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and if you park on the ramp it brings you to the second floor which is as convenient. Breakfast was fine and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

No hot water in my room snd hotel was full. Barely warm. Nothing we could do about it, but a hot shower would have been. Nice. The lady at the desk was very nice, but no place to move us to. There was hotter water in the morning

Definitely in need of some updating. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Fitness room was missing items and equipment was pretty beat up. Overall, not terrible, but kind of dumpy and overpriced for what it is.

Bed bugs - I woke up in the middle of the night in a bed crawling with bed bugs - SO gross - staff was confusing about how to proceed in my own safety in not taking any of these travelers with me. My body is covered in bites - will NEVER return.

Breakfast was excellent, we were snowed in and it was the place to be when you desired breakfast daily. The room service kept the towels and trash rotating out of the room, and I was able to be 1 on 1 with hotel management. Thank you Kim for the comfort.

Hotel room carpet was dirty, hall carpet stained, and room was sort of run down. Initially we checked for bedbugs and found nothing. But, as soon as we were on our way out we found one on the bed. Got out quickly, and quarantined our belongings that had been inside the hotel.

for the price was okay.
The room was clean and very roomie- but no fan in the bathroom so it was super steamy, and the room air conditioner really did not work, the room was super humid and hot and couldn't open a window. We felt suffocated. During the night it was either super cold or super-hot.

Needed at quick place to sleep while visiting UT. Easy peasy late check-in. Room was huge and clean. Bed was comfy and quick breakfast was just enough. Staff was extremely friendly and desk and in the breakfast area. Not fancy no frills but perfectly nice place to stay
