Half the "activities" are broken or way overpriced. They lie about pricing. Ex. "It's $8 to play mini golf" then we get the bill and the neglected to tell us it's $8 per person (the course is about 20 square feet), rude staff, everything has a charge. I'm actually surprised I got to swim for free. Also no hottub as advertised, or sauna. Extremely disappointed for the price

The hotel lobby and check-in is an obstacle course from the surface parking lot at the rear. I find it unbelievable that in this day and age of business trying to accommodate physically challenged patrons that you can ask guests to navigate multiple stairways, doors that have to be held open physically and have no assistance available (bell boys). How did the city approve your facility ?
