"What should have been a special birthday trip became one of the most stressful hotel experiences my family has had.Both rooms occupied by my family were left without water for several hours.We could not shower,wash our hands,brush our teeth,or flush the toilets,leaving human waste sitting for hours.These unsanitary conditions were especially difficult because I was traveling with a child with a disability.No bottled water,clean towels,or alternative accommodations were offered.When service was restored,brown water came from the faucets in both rooms,and clothing in the washing machine was damaged.I also missed a healthcare seminar related to my work.For three days,I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager,but none was available.Expedia informed me they could not reach the hotel by phone.One employee,Louies,was rude and dismissive.In contrast,Alejandro was professional and the only person who genuinely tried to help.To make matters worse,our room keys were deactivated before checkout while our belongings were still inside,forcing us to return to the lobby.Maintenance issues can happen,but the lack of communication,absence of management,and failure to provide basic necessities were unacceptable.Based on this experience,I cannot recommend this property."
