Great lawn games and pool area. No gym but grounds great for walking. Rooms were clean and nice. Ours had a nice little patio deck overlooking the lifesize chess board.

Love, love, love this place. It is a hidden gem. We travel a lot domestically for personal and business trip. This most likely is the first time we got into a hotel that cheap in this price with the top of the line of quality of everything. The reason why we picked this place for purely family visit and to void heavy traffic from Disney. Little did we think that the front desk service is awesome and so well prepared. They had everything from wifi, restaurants nearby to the code to get into the swimming pool printed out clearly. When we got into our room, we were pleasantly surprised how spacious it was with a duplex that we reserved. There is a room with king bed and another room of 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath with jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer with individually packed detergent, range top, microwave, washing machine with individually packed detergent, dryers, all cooking and dining utensils, dish detergent and individually packed sponge for washing dishes. In the entire duplex, we had 3 TVs and 2 microwaves. There is spacious balcony and several spacious closets. One thing it stood out was that we had been to a lot of Hilton, Hyatt chained hotels. Swimming pool towels may NOT be a guarantee. This place has those towels ready in our room that we don't need to worry about it. That is on top of regular bath towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. Due to the limit of characters, we HIGHLY recommend this place.

Bath tub is very high, the shower head hits the wall causing the water to spill to the floor and I slipped and a week later I still have a bruise. I tried moving the shower head but it didn’t help.

This is the worst property I had thus far when I got to the room I had a very strong mildew odor. I had to go to walmart and buy $25 an air freshener. After doing all that, the roaches started coming out just so upset and disappointed

Room was immaculate. Fresh crisp white sheets on the most comfortable bed. Huge soaker tub in an equally clean bathroom. Not much within walking distance, but we were here to relax and have a good nights sleep for a very reasonable price so we were not disappointed!!

Wonderful Stay
The room with two beds was clean along with a spacious bathroom. The check in and check out process was efficient. The hotel communicated via text and provided helpful information. There’s not enough parking but one could park on the grass.

I’ve stayed here twice it’s a great place to stay very friendly, quiet and a great staff. The area is growing and has a lot of traffic that was the only thing both times I’ve stayed and I don’t blame the resort because that is out of their control. This was on the first floor directly on the parking lot. The window had curtains, but no Curtains that allowed Light Penetration, so the curtains has to be closed at all times for privacy. It was like staying in a dungeon... I would never stay there again!!

Stayed in a two bed room suite with kitchen. This place was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were clean and large. The grounds are well kept with swimming pool, tennis, outdoor chess and child’s play ground. The only issue found was traveling north to Kissimmee and terrible traffic, but not to the fault of this resort. I would highly recommend and return in the future. Perfect A
