Excellent stay for couples
Most excellent hotel I have ever visited with my wife. Only one thing I would request to the hotel is to add more menus for dinner & breakfast. Very kind employees of this hotel. Very clean room & facilities.

肌に柔らかいお湯です
ゆったりと温泉三昧できました。湯は柔らかく肌がサラサラです。
部屋からは、露天風呂。夜空がとても素敵な所です

満天の星空の下で露天風呂を楽しみました。
家族4人で露天風呂付き客室2部屋予約。以前は山上ホテルで5年位前に「天テラス」としてリニューアルオープンしたそうです。客室のドアは以前のホテルのままで色を塗り替えてある重いドア、部屋内の玄関が無駄に広かったです。(笑)姉妹ホテルの吟松と同じタイプの大きめ台座の上に２つのマットレスを載せてあるベッドで危険を予想していた通り80歳になる父が夜トイレに行こうとして台座部分を床だと勘違いして踏み外して転倒してしまいました。不幸中の幸いで怪我には至らず良かったです。 プール付きの貸切り風呂や内湯付き貸切り露天風呂にも入りに行ってみました。 ちょうどふたご座流星群が良く観られる日で天気も良かったので夜中に部屋の外にある露天風呂に入りながら流れ星を楽しむことができたのは最高でした。 ただ部屋には露天風呂が外にあるだけで内湯も洗い場もないので部屋の露天風呂だけで楽しみたい人には少々不満かもしれません。 お料理の前菜にあったトンビめかぶは既製品だと思いますがワサビが効きすぎで辛い物好きな家族ですがあれだけは全員不評(^^;; でした。 メインの鹿児島産和牛と黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶは美味しかったです。 デザートはお腹いっぱいだったので翌朝に出してもらいました。クリスマスバージョンの可愛いプチデザートが色々載っていました。 今回の滞在はお天気も良く、満天の星空の下で露天風呂に入りながら流れ星を観て…という時間を楽しめ本当に良かったです。 スタッフの方々も親切丁寧な対応をしていただきました。

良かった点 スタッフの対応。気分が良い 露天風呂で満天の星空が見られる 部屋内のミニバー。自分でカクテルが作れるのは楽しかったです 朝夕の食事はとても美味しい 洗面台にある歯ブラシスタンドや コップが色違いであったのは 気が利いてるなぁと思いました。 下駄用の靴下も嬉しかったです。 残念だった点 壁付けの照明、CDプレーヤーに埃がかぶっていた 備品の鏡の裏面が破損していた。 鏡として使えるけど それなりのお値段の部屋なので 替えておいて欲しいと思いました。 トイレの床が凹んでいた 今回、魚座の部屋を利用しました。 こちらのホテルは また利用したいと思います 清掃が改善されてると 嬉しいです。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

室内も広く清潔、露天岩風呂もいつでも入れるからなかなか快適、子供がいてないから静かな雰囲気、料理も美味しい、ただデザートの量が少し多すぎるかも

温泉プール付き露天風呂施設が4つ、別に内湯付き露天風呂が4つ、お部屋によっては客室にも露天風呂もありプライベートを重視するには最適なホテルでした。スタッフさんが皆さん親切丁寧ですてきな思い出となりました。

霧島溫泉stay
The hotel is not like traditional Japanese one, it is a mix of western and japan style. Room is pretty big. The outdoor onsen bath is excellent. There are 8 outdoor private one which are free of charge to use. The dinner and breakfast are very good. Suggest to arrive before the sky get dark as it is so easy to miss the entrance after turning a sharp left corner.

We stay in 1/F, 73 sq ft room. Super spacious and nice hotel room. The view is excellent. We travel dates are cold and good for onsen. First day was cloudy and we didnt see any stars. The second day was wonderful and we never seen as many stars as there! very romantic! The entrance sign is a bit small and thus, if you drive there, better drive slower and pay attention to the sign. Staff are nice and helpful. They do have Chinese staff for translation. Breakfast and Dinner are yummy.

いい大人が裸で泳ぐｗｗ
子供の姿がないので、とても静かにのんびりと食事が出来ました。盛り付けもお洒落で美味しかったです。いつでも自由に借りれるプール付き露天風呂が良かったです。大抵時間で予約をしないと借りれないと思っていたので、何度もプールに通いましたｗ とても忙しい日常の中で、ホッとするひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。 従業員の方々の対応も良かったと思います。 また機会があったらおじゃましたいと思います。
