"Our stay in the Hampton Inn was wonderful! We stayed there for a night as we were on a quick getaway, but I was quite impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and staff professionalism. The only drawback was its breakfast, which could be improved. Room: The room was incredibly clean and roomy. It was equipped with all the necessities aside from toothpaste. Staff: We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. They were also helpful and accommodating. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was acceptable, with a variety of hot and cold options to start the day. However, some items could be improved, like the omelette, which was a bit dry. The self-service hot water for tea was also too cold to steep tea. Parking: During our stay, parking spots were always available close to the entrance. Overall, it offered good value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Property was very clean, bed was comfortable, linens were nice. It’s dated overall including hair dryer. My bathtub facet dripped, had to close the bathroom door to sleep. Breakfast was amazing."

"I didn't like that they said a free bottle of wine with our booking and it did not happen and it did not have a p,ace to get a drink. The breakfast was fantastic and very good"

"The place is a mess…under construction, confusing how to navigate the property, e.g. no elevator, cordoned off hallways etc. etc. stuck at the end of a hallway, next to the stairway, so I could hear everyone come in and out with the slamming (unlockable security) door hoofing their suitcases up and down the stairs due to the aforementioned lack of elevator availability. Just a very bad experience for the ridiculous amount this cost…I could stay in the Bellagio on a Friday night for less."

"we have stayed at the hotel regularly -about 30 years always a great stay--summer time prices for those post 65 too pricey i can understand this busy season parking prices which continue to escalate high and will impact on whether we stay at the holiday inn on division street and uber into town--parking here is basically free--uber fee--less that cost of parking at the delta--"
