Last minute booking worked out fine. Clean room, everything worked in the room, check in was quick and simple. Location is good. Property is older and will need some updating soon. However it was neat and well maintained. Only 1 issue. Need coffee pot in room.

I have to admit being disappointed in this hotel based on the reviews I saw here. While there is nothing terrible about this hotel, I would be hard pressed to recommend it. The whole facility seems a bit run down and a little dirty- nothing that would make you pack up and leave, but enough to cause you to frown a little. The price was decent and it is very conveniently located if you're doing the Kingman to Seligman section of Route 66 as we did, but I believe there are better options nearby. As an example, there was no hair dryer in the room because (as the front desk clerk said) the hotel's electrical system couldn't handle the load if multiple rooms used one at the same time. Also there was no anti-slip mat or stickers in the tub which could be a safety issue for some. My advice- get your kicks somewhere else along Route 66.

This is a basic overnight accommodation. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is courteous. It is no frills however. No breakfast or even coffee in the rooms. Adding a small coffee service to the rooms would be beneficial to the business I would think.

Really nice, older hotel was clean and quiet! Staff were super nice and helpful! Will stay there again! Walked to two restaurants close by and the food was great and at a great price! Awesome!

Basic accommodations at a very affordable price.
Great little spot, this is a no frills just the very basics motel of yester-year, appears to be family owned and ran. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The price was right, bed was sufficient for a weary traveler, the room was clean and quiet.

Why can’t hotels provide blackout blinds? There is so much light coming around and through the window shades you can literally read with all the lights off in the room. Humans require dark for restful sleep. The room is clean and quiet if a little dated. And the price is fair. But, unless the blinds are substantially improved, I would go on down the road.
