"Malika Kheivak is not a luxury hotel but I'm not sure there are any in Khiva. Considering what is available and most importantly the location, Malika Kheivak is an excellent choice. It is inside the old town walls and so everything is nearby. It is great if you need to go back and use the toilet while you're exploring the town!
