I came here because the photos looked better than most affordable hotels in the area. It says it’s a 4 star hotel but it gives me 3 star vibes at best. The ceilings in our room were super dirty, they could’ve at least painted over what stains they had. The phone didn’t work in the room. It was a chargeable phone and the only way it would charge was if you pressed down on it. The minute you moved your hand, it stops charging. Lastly, we got back to our hotel room after eating one night and the door was open with the lock sticking out to hold it open. Nothing was missing but that was extremely scary. Front desk closed at 8pm so if you need something like a shuttle, you have to walk all the way to the sister hotel. There’s no signs at the hotel to tell you where everything is (front desk, pool, etc.). Definitely expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel.

The best part about the property is being able to take the shuttle to old town, the pool area and bar make for an easy casual day. And there’s nothing better than the food truck that offers the walking taco. I’ve been there twice in the last three months and loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back

The front staff is great. They are very nice. The hotel itself though you can tell that the upgrades it received were just superficial. So what you see in the pictures is just makeup. When you get there the elevator feels like you’re going to get stuck and stinks. The rooms at first glance look good but then the drainage takes forever in the shower and there’s water stains in the ceiling of the rooms (I rented two rooms and both rooms were the same). It has the feel of a motel (the rooms are ‘outside’ not ‘in the building’). Just clarifying because the pics are amazing on the site and then you get there and you get really bummed.

We had reservations and paid for 2 queens. They only had 1 King and pull out, after 3 attempts, they failed to setup room. Ask to speak to manager, no where to be found.

The day we got there for our 5 day vacation, the computers went down and NO ROOM KEYS could be made. What this meant is that every time you had to go to your room, you had to have a front desk member walk you to your room and unlock it for you. Seems OK until you've done it 20 times. And at night, the LOBBY CLOSES so you have to walk to the 24 North hotel next dooor to have them open the door. NOT ONCE did someone ask me for ID to get into our room, not once. Definitely not OK. For check in we had to write our names on a piece of paper - where you could see every other persons name and phone number. Privacy breech of contract. Stay at 24 North instead, food is better, lobby is staffed 24hrs a day.

Zero service. Our room was next to laundry area.. at 7 am they were talking super loud. We asked for extra sheets for sofa bedding. Asked 3 times never came. Room was clean but could be cleaner and could use some maintenance, cleaning service came to clean the room around 230 pm. And the only staff who came to the room was the check out lady and was very rude. The building needs a lot of work. Zero maintenance on building. Under staff. Check in check out was on a sheet of paper. Food service by the pool was not the best. NAT’s flying all around the bar and we had to ask to clean it up
