Beautiful hotel close to Kent state university. Would definitely stay the next time I’m in town. Walking distance to both the university and many restaurants. Clean, cute decor.

It was very quiet (school was out at Kent State). Very clean, well run hotel. Didn't have a chance to try the bar/restaurant, but was impressed with the facility. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

We arrived fairly late due to traffic and the distance we were traveling. The front desk associate was friendly and remembered who I was from my phone call earlier that night to say we would be arriving after 11:30pm. She made check in quick and seamless. The hotel was clean and convenient to the College. My son was visiting for Admitted Students Day.

The guests on our floor and especially upstairs were extremely loud and banging through the night. The bathroom-the ceiling above the shower had mold and water damage that had a hole in the ceiling. The light fixture in the bathroom was dirty with something on it. White fingerprints all over the door.

Parking garage was so frustrating. Key card wouldnt work over and over again. Front desk kept activating it until I had to insist they throw it away and give me a new one. That worked.

There needs to be some sort of outlet on or near the bedside table for phones. Also wish there was some sort of rewards program for those who stay regularly. Otherwise love staying here.

If you are visiting the campus this is a beautiful place to stay! It's right across the street and a perfect location! The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining options within walking distance.
