"Perfectly located to everything we needed on our trip. The on-site restaurant was great. Right around the corner are restaurants, convenience & grocery stores, a French cafe with delicious pastries and coffee, an information desk etc. The Tube station is within 1-2min of walking and taxis can pick you up right outside of the hotel. A block or two away there are amazing free museums and shopping. The staff were friendly. I’d definitely stay here again."
"We I really enjoyed our stay in the family suite. It was a great room pretty quiet as far hearing anything outside sometimes you can hear other people shut their doors, but it’s not too bad. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was pretty. Nice quiet air conditioning doesn’t wake me up and works well. They had an umbrella in the closet to borrow, ironing board/iron, water/tea/ coffee in room. Additional umbrellas by check in you could rent from the front for free. Wonderful breakfast."
"The hotel was lovely, with wonderful staff. The full breakfast buffet was delicious and the lattes were perfect! The location was excellent also. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London"
"We had originally booked this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately our experience was so poor that we left after the first night and paid to stay elsewhere.
The room was inadequate from the moment we arrived. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on, constantly feeling as though we were falling into the middle. The small bathroom was also far from clean, with hair visible in the bathroom and dirt around the toilet upon entering the room.
The most concerning issue arose after our first night when both my husband and I began noticing itchy bites appearing all over our skin. This immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the room. Without hesitation, we decided to relocate and book another hotel for the remainder of our stay.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others not to waste their money staying here."
"The hotel is in a great location, the tube is closeby and it is also central to many landmarks. The facilities were very well maintained.
The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they were incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful."
Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was amazing clean well maintained room. Amazing staff especially Masood who helped us with our room and answered our questions. Very comfortable bed, especially coffee machine in the room was an amazing treat for someone like myself that drinks espresso first thing in the morning. I keep coming back to this hotel especially for this reason it’s clean and staff it’s always helpful they go above and beyond to help ."
"Our room was very clean, had a tub and mini fridge, and was accessibility friendly for my husband with his walker. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, close to a Tescos and transit and shopping. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was so exceptional though that they are truly why I'm giving this place 5 stars! Ali at Starbucks in the lobby made every morning pleasant with his positive attitude and kindness. He really stood out, always greeting everyone with a smile, and taking delight in each customer. He also makes an amazing cappuccino! The concierge and front desk staff were so friendly and helpful too! They really have an incredible team working here. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will certainly be back!"
