The property is large, busy and not well designed. The main concern was the cleanliness of the bedroom surfaces, doors, tables etc and our balcony and outdoor furniture was dirty. The breakfast buffet and ambiance was absolutely dreadful. The hot breakfast options were cold, the toaster did not toast the bread, the staff cleared and relaid the tables as if they were in a roadside diner. Not a Hilton Hotel charging $700/ night. We did mention this to the lovely lady on the front reception on checking out and she were most professional and grateful for our feedback. She is a credit to the property. We suggested that management take their breakfast with the guests to see the numerous issues. Large busy 5-star hotels in BKK, HKG and SIN still manage to serve a 5 star breakfast. Hilton Queenstown has a lot to improve on.
