"Loved the Pool, the Service and the location ( close to everything)"

"There were some areas that needed upgrading, such as the carpet in the room was pretty old, etc. Service staff were very good. Entertainment was good. It’s a big resort with lots of stairs which could prove difficult for people with mobility issues. Over all though we had a great time and it was lovely."

"Wonderful views across the two bays including Hanalei Bay. Lanai so we could enjoy the fresh air. This is real Hawaii not the big resorts. Provided beach chairs & umbrella for our outings. Small, quaint and quiet. "

"Lava Lava is on site for all meals and is great.property is Quiet by ten every night except for the surf which is just a few steps past the restaurant. Small but very nice rooms with everything that’s needed. Parking is in short supply but they do have valet. Best staff I’ve ever encountered. So kind and helpful! "

"This is our second time at this place and we coincidentally got the same unit from last year! We were ecstatic because it was like coming home again. The unit was perfect for the three of us with a nice balcony ocean view. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we enjoy making more memories each time we come to the island. "Had another amazing stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach. This is my 5th stay and not my last. Prob my fave accommodations on the island due to the amenities, location & service. Mahalo nui loa!"

"Overall impressed. Office hours not great check in at 3:00 pm office closes at 4:00 booking confirmation said 5:00 pm. Suite included full kitchen able to have breakfast and most dinners at suite cost savings. Centrally located no destination more than 45 minutes away. Walking distance to Ocean. Enjoyed our stay would reccomend"

"The room was clean and well maintained. The lanai was reasonably sized and overlooked the beack and courtyard. We did not use the pool but we did walk the area, and both the pool and grounds were in ver good condition."
