The rooms, bathroom we’re pathetic!! I had to call the reception thrice, Ac not working, fridge not working

Bed sheets and towels weren’t clean. The staff at the reception was also not very pleasing. They flatly refused to give us a delayed (2 hrs max) checkout. They were also reluctant to provide us the bill copy. On the other side, the food was very tasty and reasonable. Hotel location is very good.

Dear sir Thank you for your Feedback but we feel very bad about your Stay , we investigate your stay with our employees we find , all services provided to you , but at the time of covid some services are not applied beacause of govt guidlines . sorry for your incovenice please visit our hotel after march and enjoy premium services of our hotel .
