Great hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist spots, but accessible within minutes via stairs or an elevator. The included spa amenities were fantastic! The cozy bar and lounge was nice to have after a day out exploring. Warm and hospitable. Everyone there was extremely helpful with all our needs and questions. Would stay there again!

The hotel is great but the location is terrible. Climbing up an down a very steep hill every day is very hard for older people. Should provide a shuttle to town on the hour.

We love this place
Everything was great as usual. This is our second time. I wish the sauna opened earlier so we had more time to use it. We love karlovy vary and we will be back. We also wanted to mention the gentleman in the bar also did a great job !

The hotel is beautiful, good location, on a level. It is sad that the staff is unfriendly, there is no professionalism. At times, the staff is very rude. Just because of that, I don’t recommend the hotel staff. The hotel staff need ONE GOOD MANAGER FROM WEST EU.

Comfortable and elegant hotel in a good location
Beautiful hotel in a good location to explore Karlovy Vary. Great check in experience with a welcome drink and snack. Friendly, experienced staff at concierge / front of house. Good breakfast buffet with a wide range of food on offer. Very quiet and comfortable room. The swimming pool area and the gym are both small and not so appealing. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have complimentary parking otherwise our stay here would have been perfect.

About parking space: our hotel is located in the spa area and we arrange parking for guest´s cars in the public underground garage. Our porters will park the car and will bring it to the main entrance of the hotel at any time during a stay upon request. All this service costs15 EUR per day. Absolute superb services for a boutique hotel 5* Staff young and well trained ,very polite and friendly. Spot on clean on room 3 times a day and also in all placess.Welness and medical procedure very good and professional .

Horror Hostel 1 star tiny rooms, unsafe, dirt, bad
Horror Hotel very bad managed, tiny rooms, dirty and dangerous for Covid i wish i never was there. Even to cheap to heat the pools and they charge high parking fee to drop your car to a dangerous open unprotected spot and lie about a safe city garage

מלון ספא מפנק, כדאי להזמין טיפולים מראש כדי שיהיו בשעות נוחות. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. על שאר הארוחות אפשר לוותר עדיף לאכול במסעדות בטיילת. המיקום של המלון קרוב אך לא ממש על הטיילת אלא יותר למעלה ודורש כמה דקות טיפוס.

The hotel is located on the hillside and we had to carry our bags up to the lobby, there is no ramp so I can’t imagine doing it without my husband around, let along the elderly or the physically challenged because the stairs to the lobbies are quite a climb. When I brought up the issue to the front desk the response was “ just leave your bags outside and we’ll send someone( leave my bags in the rain with no one around? totally miss the point of a “ luxurious five star” hotel service they billed themselves). Also, the day before we checked out, I asked about taxi to the bus terminal and the reception ordered a car service without our consent and charged a flat fee of 300czk(15 usd) for a 5 mins ride. When we took a taxi up it was half of that amount. We took the car because the lady at the front desk speaks limited English with an uncompromising attitude, and it was not a battle worth fighting. However It’s these little things that make or break a five star. That said, I want to mention Lucy, the young receptionist who checked us in the night we arrived. She was lovely and attentive. Great English and makes good recommendations about the area.

Nicely renovated and appointed property with very pleasant and professional staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Relaxing pool and saunas. Our plan didn’t include dinner so we paid 25€ each one evening and didn’t find it worth the money. The wine list was highly overpriced too. Also disappointing were the spa services. While professional and reasonably priced, my classic massage was weak, not restorative and ended before the allotted time. Hydro jet bath was lame. Booking ahead is necessary as spa time slots were filled for many services. Overall, loved Karlovy Vary and found a two night stay at the property to be enjoyable.

Einzigartig war der Service. Das Personal tut einfach alles für die Gäste. Wirklich wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich. Das Essen (wir hatten Frühstück und Dinner) war sowas von lecker und vielfältig.

Perfekt gelegen für Stadt- und Naturausflüge. Sehr schönes Haus, großzügige Zimmer selbst in kleinster Kategorie. Unglaublich freundliches Personal vom Empfang mit Natalia, den Portiers, dem Restaurantpersonal und im Spabereich. Tägliches abwechslungsreiches Frühstück in sehr guter Qualität.

Das Hotel hat sowohl mit der Freundlichkeit seiner Mitarbeiter sowie der ruhigen Lage unseren Aufenthalt in Karsbad sehr erholsam und unvergesslich werden lassen. Insbesondere die höfliche und zuvorkommende Art der Mitarbeiter im Service sowie das vielfältige und qualitativ hochwertige Angebot an Speisen zum Frühstück und abends im Restaurant sind außergewöhnlich. Der Spa Bereich war bei unserem Aufenthalt nur wenig frequentiert und man konnte in Ruhe entspannen. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man relativ schnell an den Kolonnaden und bei den Cafés.

Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Woche im Olympic Palace verbracht. Jeden Morgen hat ein fantastisches Frühstück auf uns gewartet, meine Frau konnte sich mit Wellness-Behandlungen verwöhnen lassen und meine Tochter hatte Spaß im Spielzimmer. Direkt vor dem Hotel beginnt eine Treppe hinunter zu den Kollonaden. Zentraler geht es nicht und dennoch konnten wir wegen der Lage am Berg in der Nacht die Fenster offen lassen ohne den geringsten Lärm zu hören. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
