Nice hotel right in the old centre
Period hotel. Beautiful exterior. On a pedestrian street with parking across the river, close by. Friendly staff. Great breakfast

Karlovy Vary Hotel with Breakfast
Here is our overall experience: 1. The location is very close to the Grand Hotel Pupp. Wonderful scenery and unique shops are just a few steps away. 2. The breakfast is excellent and it is included in the room rate. There are excellent choices of hams, sausages, fruits, cheese, yogurt, juice, and coffee. They taste excellent and the restaurant staff promptly refills every item. 3. The standard room does not have a scenery view. It is like an attic. The room is very clean, but the washroom is very small. The bed is old, narrow, and short. The height of the bed is very low. The phone in the room is broken. I had to go downstairs when I needed to contact the hotel staff. At night time, the lady at the front desk does not speak English. 4. Heating was off when we arrived. I had to ask the hotel staff to turn on the heat. However, the radiator in the toilet room never turns on. The radiator in the shower room is only 1/3 on. The other 2/3 is cold. Every night past midnight, the hotel shuts off the heat for a couple of hours, then turns it back on. 5. Dining at the hotel is very expensive. The cook's culinary skill is very bad.

Good central hotel for short visit to Karlovy Vary
+ Nice hotel, good location, although no hotel parking left, was told where to park for free - beds very hard, shower temp and pressure varied while using it

Great location, though very poorly managed
Stayed for one night, purposely chose the hotel because of its great location and beautiful architecture, plus good ratings. The room was advertised as a double with a couch that could accommodate an extra person. A request was made upon booking that the hotel prepare both the bed and the couch (for one person to sleep in the bed and the other on the couch), which was not followed through (the hotel claimed they don't see such requests when bookings come through). Whilst on the way by car to the hotel, we tried calling the hotel reception 7 (seven) times within a span of 30mins to ask about parking & accessibility (the town center is partly off limits to cars) though nobody answered. Finally, there was a complete water outage at the hotel the next morning from 8.30am onward. Overall a poor experience. On the plus side: the staff were extremely friendly (though unable to rectify any of the issues), the room was very nice and spacious, and the hotel's location excellent.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, aber das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht annähernd so, wie es in der Beschreibung angepriesen war. Viel kleiner, keine Aussicht auf die Stadt, keine guten Matratzen, nicht in jeder Lampe eine Glühbirne. Für eine Nacht war es ok, aber keinesfalls für länger.

Fint men slitet
Toppenläge i Karlovy Vary, vi hade ett familjerum som var otroligt stort och fint. Skicket på hotellet och rummet var överlag slitet, på gränsen till nedgånget men stora rum som sagt och trevlig personal. Frukosten sådär.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt!
Mir hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, es war ruhig, das Bad war okay, das Bett war bequem. Sonst waren die Möbel etwas alt. Aber der Preis war ja auch sehr günstig.

Freundlicher Service und schnelles Check-In, schöne Lage und viel zu besichtigen in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal mit guten Sprachkenntnissen. Die Vorhänge könnten gewaschen werden, Staub gewischt werden und den Putz an den Wänden erneuern.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön im Centrum und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger sein und das die Zimmern nicht täglich gereinigt werden finde ich nicht für gut.

Attention, l'hôtel est situé sur une rue à circulation restreinte, il y a problème pour décharger les bagages en journée et le parking fermé est assez loin environ 600m.

Vielleicht für Urlauber ausreichend ohne Ansprüche
Ausreichend Parkplätze, sind ein Scherz!!! Einige km weiter gibt es ein Parkhaus. Frühstück sind die Zeitfenster zu klein. Ab 8h erst. Wenn man morgens schon um 8h einen Termin hat, kann man das vergessen.

Grande pero sucio
El hotel es viejo pero si estaría bien mantenido sería otra cosa. Esta sobre área peatonal, la recepcionista cuando llegamos no estaba y la tuvimos que esperar. Las personas del restaurante del hotel tampoco ayudaban. Le falta una buena limpieza.
