The hotel was very nice, on arrival to bedroom there was a beautiful bedroom presentation which i adorned. The daily breakfast in marco polo was delicious, large variety of food available. The room cleaning, maintenance on 2nd floor was really good. However, i wasn't happy with the card access to the room, i had to always go to the main reception to charge it. This happened every day which was appalling. On arrival i was told i had to give a deposit and when i check out it will be given back. I paid the deposit by card. However, its nearly been 3 weeks and i still haven't recieved my refund. I have been told the hotel has released the payment, i still have recieved the payment. This is a 5 star hotel, they should keep up with the high standard.
