Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi

"My room was comfortable but there was no air conditioning in the room I’m temperature 35 C. Apparently valves were closed or choked. Bathroom was very outdated, no towels in the bathroom or bathrobe. I was not expecting poor maintenance in Karachi PC with the amount it cost us £106 par night. I had to request towels, I requested to fix the air conditioning. We were informed that there’s a leakage and it will take half an hour to fix. So much disturbance in the room whilst they were inspecting the air conditioning, we had to leave the room to go out to eat. Not happy! Very disappointed stay."

"Had a great experience with the room service at hotel pearl inn. The service was excellent and very professional. I would especially like to thank Usman and Mudassar. Hi was very polite and friendly..Breakfast buffet was amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience."
Luxury Inn

"Luxury Inn in name only. Positives: friendly staff, strong hot water and pressure, comfortable bed, reliable cold AC. Half-truths: the “lush green” outdoor photo is outdated; the area is dry and dirty. The “continental” breakfast is paratha and egg every day, which is repetitive for a two-week stay. Negatives: constant noise from a nearby train, stray cats, and a mosque with extended early morning and evening prayers made full sleep impossible. The internet was unreliable. Room 102 should be avoided—its exterior window and proximity to reception amplify noise. Overall, the property feels neglected: worn furnishings, stained linens, no housekeeping in two weeks. Internet issues were dismissed as “the government.” The prevailing impression is indifference to guest experience, delivered politely."

"My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all ! "

" The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly. "

"The receptionists Sheza & Palwashar were really helpful and able to solve problems (such as when drivers failed to show up; a common occurrence in Karachi) though their male colleagues on reception were less helpful. The WiFi was good when it worked but would cut out from time to time. Beds were comfortable."
