Good choice in Tahlequah

"Clean, newer hotel for about what the older hotels in town charge. Rooms are small but comfortable, no carpet, large bathroom for such a small room. Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, no big deal for me but if you’re on business or have kids could be an issue. Breakfast was the usual, nothing impressive but well stocked. Drinkable coffee all day is nice. Staff could use some training on interacting with customers but overall fine. Bed was very soft, fine for me but those that pref a firm mattress may not like them. Do as some have mentioned watch your charges. They ran a deposit on my card then refunded after checkout but also ran and refunded a separate larger charge. Just strange. "

"Breakfast was terrible! No cereal nasty eggs and sausage. Elevator was broke they said it had been for a year. No other rooms available and there was no info about that till we were there. My disabled veteran father had to climb stairs to get to the room with extreme arthritis in his knees. The wifi was pointless you could connect but there was still no internet access. Sink counter in bathroom looked like it was going to fall if any pressure was put on it. Half the lights in the room didn't work. 1 1/2 hours before checkout we started getting pushed to checkout. Finally called office and told them 3 people had asked in less than 15 min, not to send anyone else, yes we were checking out at 11. 2nd floor windows have no safety lock. They open all the way with no screen or anything to keep kids safe from falling out. "
