There was a mouse in our room, the shower did not work, the whole place smelled like a dirty bathroom mixed with cigarettes, the floor was dirty, cabinet doors were falling off their hinges, power outlets were loose, no access to drinking water, toilet had feces stains from previous visitors, the blanket had holes bitten through them, towels and sheets were stained and dirty. Stay here only if you're broke and do not care about cleanliness or comfort. Otherwise, literally anywhere else is better.

So we went to a concert and came back at about 1:00 a.m. with some friends to regroup and go to an after party. When we got to the room they front desk repetitively called us and harassed us about the people that were in our room. And then from there there was a roach problem where they were actually crawling around on the walls. We were met with threats of up charges for people staying in the room even though that it was a quick stop in and head back out. Never in my life have I been harassed for having extra people in my room literally the moment we walked in the door.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, it was run down and there were prostitutes in the parking lot. As a large, confident male, I felt safe, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who doesn’t fit all those categories.

We didn’t even check in. It literally looked like a homeless camp. The motel from the outside looked like a condemned building. We felt very unsafe to even get out of the car. We found another hotel else where.

The room was intolerably hot and came with bed bugs. When we arrived, the heater was cranked full-blast. Turning it over to cool and opening the door didn't help at all. It was a cool day, every other room must have been just as hot to keep it that way. Waking to bites at 1:30 am, we found bed bugs had made their way to the pillow and were under the mattress. We just left and started the day then.

I do not recommend this motel to anyone. Cockroaches everywhere! Dirty nasty floors. Door to the room looked like it had bullet holes in it. Door didn’t seal properly when closed. Peddlers all over outside. Overall very nasty and unsafe place to stay.

Bad area, run down homeless-halfway house. When I arrived, I went to office to check-in. It was locked. Didn't see the buzzer needed to get in. After calling the Expedia bots, that couldn't help, had to call number I found online. Got checked in and went to room. Deadbolt didn't work. Roach in dresser. Sprite can in warm fridge. I left the key on the dresser and left. Didn't spend the night. Waste of money.

I booked this room for my daughter who was driving cross country. She told me there was blood on the door, the bed and sheets smelled like the last person who'd slept there, the room was dirty, people were yelling all night and she felt so unsafe she didn't sleep. Please, save yourself from some grief and book elsewhere.

Horrible place.
The hotel is cheap because it is surrounded by homeless. Constant smell of Pot. I had many unpleasant interactions with people high on some sort of drugs. Terrible neighborhood. I found long hairs on bed, someones dirty boxers in a corner. The bed lamp outlet was shorting out. There is no one in the lobby to complain to, the office door is always locked. Never stay there.

A simple booking mistake was made, and within 24 hours I was on the phone trying to make it right and get a refund, when I was given the run around on who I needed to contact (hotel manager, expedia, etc.) in order to get it taken care of. Even after waiting several weeks now, I still have yet to hear from the hotel management, regarding this refund, and Expedia claims that they can not get in touch in anyone there as well. Seems like a decent establishment should at least try to help out, and follow through with what was said would happen! This is unfortunate, because we have stayed here before, and the hotel is actually very nice, and is affordable. I just hope that this simple mistake gets resolved.

Older hotel in a not so great neighborhood. Had to hold down the toliet handle to flush. Water smelled like sulfur. No facial tissue. Towel handle missing. Cigarette burns in bed cover. Definitely no frills.

The place was in a terrible part of town. Room was disgusting, nothing was clean, someone had slept in the bed, dirty towels, toilet wasnt clean. Drug dealing in the parking lot.

Don't stay here..
Is in an industrial area of town and was dark. Parking lot surrounded by iron wrought fence. Very sketchy area. Floors were sticky and lots of dust. Seemed to have clean wash cloths and towels. Refrigerator worked. No lighting in main room other than a single desk lamp. Bathroom stank real bad and had paint chips falling from ceiling. Light switch cover was badly cracked. Door used easy to hack rf cards that unlocked by proximity instead of much more secure cards that must be swipped. Single very small window had shutters in it to prevent light. Bedding wasn't clean. Office had security glass and small passthrough only. Outside door to office had electric lock that had to be buzzed to get in even during day. Sleeping in car might have been better choice. With hidden fees and taxes etc, room was twice the advertised price.

the place was dirty. The sink was full of hair from last tenant, towels still had hair attached to it, bath tube was cloth so take forever to drain. We were arrived late so very tire & need a place to sleep. Never again to stay at this hotel & not recommend to any one
