Love the location, just across the bridge from Kc Union Station (Amtrak traveler) and it’s on Main St, the Kc Streetcar runs on Main and the stops to and from are very near the Hotel. Love the room with a homely feel, especially love the kitchenette room, my go to and don’t get me hangry! The breakfast is absolutely freaking amazing, make sure you have a belly full of room, you won’t leave hangry!

Good location. The only negative was the bathroom door locking and being very difficult to reopen. Looks like this has been going on for a while. Poor Maintenace. Friends in another room also had negative experience with the bathroom door. For a place that charges what they do, this is not acceptable.

Elliott, the evening person at the front desk was outstanding, he deserves a huge raise. We enjoy this hotel and its proximity to Union Station and the World War I Memorial. Only thing I wish was better is the breakfast.

Overall it was a great experience. Food was good and i was glad the pool was open for my kids to enjoy. All staff were nice, even when checking in at 11pm.

I am a disabled veteran and was forced to use stairs and made to let the fire department in the side door by the staff because the elevator was broken due to power outage. Expected a lot better from this hotel Worst hotel stay

Hotel is half way between a "regular" hotel and an extended stay hotel (with a full kitchen). It is very clean. Neighborhood-wise, it is "on the edge". That is, you walk one direction and it's nice, but if you go the other way the neighborhood gets rather shabby quickly.

Great place for a weekend getaway with 2 small kids. Indoor pool (small, but empty), breakfast buffet was great - tons of choices and delicious egg/sausage sandwiches, quiet hotel both from outside noise and other guests), convenient to walk to most restaurants (less than 10 minutes) and fun to take the streetcar. The room was perfect, bed pullout couch for kids. We drove and the parking was easy (underneath the hotel), and safe. $14/night but I would expect that in a city. Overall, would recommend for families and would definitely stay there again
