The pool area was filthy, poor internet connection, I had to ask for for room to be cleaned, surrounded by local hostels, garbage everywhere and when I asked for a late checkout on departure the manger was going to charge me for an extra day. However he reversed his intentions if I gave a favorable review of google.

Great hotel
Really nice hotel staff great especially Arun in restaurant & vipin was very helpful overall. Rooms well equipped and cleaned daily. Pool area was nice although small however, this wasn’t cleaned and the flooring around pool was dirty. It’s more of a conference/business hotel rather than a holiday but then the area wasn’t a tourist region but ideally situated for exploring the non tourist regions. Very close to metro station, train station and a short tut tut ride to ferry to fort kochi.

When we initially checked in staff were great, however when the days passed I noted the following: i. I went to eatopia around 12pm, no staff were there, i went and told front reception. One of the girls told me to wait someone will come, but noone came. I went to the front and saw the girl chatting away with other staff. Was absolutely pissed off, ended up going to Fatayer restaurant near the hotel, which had absolutely delicious food. Ii. We checked out at 5.30am, we were carrying quiete heavy luggages, and noone helped us carry it out to the taxi, the security guard came over and helped us. The reception guy was cold and didn't bother to help. Based on the above experiences, we will not likely come back here, they need to improve the service, especially the front reception staff who are very cold and don't know basic manners. I have to give good marks to the cleaning staff, they did an absolute great job and were very friendly unlike the front receotion staff. We also dealt with Vipin, who was really great but went on leave during our stay. Don't think we will be coming back here again.

Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Breakfasts were delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hookah lounge upstairs is nice and the pool setup is cool. I came back for fun after finding out about this hotel by staying here on a work trip. Best hotel I have found for the price.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help and answer your questions. They went out of their way to help arrange transport for days we wished to travel further afield and explore. They even provided us with a wireless dongle so that we could access the internet during our stay, free of charge. Continental breakfast was very limited and predominant choices were curry/Indian based. Little choice or variations for other cultures. Pool is lovely and on the roof, but again difficult to spend any real amount of time around the pool as no access to drinks, therefore hard to have a chilled and relaxing day at the pool. Rooftop terrace looks lovely but during our stay it was not open. This would have been a lovely area to sit during the evenings. Hotel does not serve alcohol, so had to access other hotels in the evening if you wanted a glass of wine or beer with your evening meal.

Nice location (5 min from metro). Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and modern room and structure. The room is big, comfortable, but WiFi is unstable sometimes. The bathroom gets a bit wet because of the shower. Overerall I think was very good

Staff were friendly and very helpful assisting in any questions we had. The restaurant was excellent and food was very delicious while still being reasonably priced. We had a small issue with the type of bed we requested when we made the booking and was not available when we checked in. However staff listened to us and made sure we got what we requested. I would definitely stay at Sidra Pristine again when we visit Kerala.

Good start to a relatively new hotel. Staff fabulous. Breakfast was ok, with nice Indian dishes. Omelette snot great. Menu is extensive with no attention to gluten free diets. For the foreign traveler wary of anything uncooked in India from veggies to fruit I did not receive assurances that the offering were free of potential bacteria. The WiFi did not work well in my room. Stubbed my toes on the step between bathroom and room. Exterior was super cute while interior lobby and restaurant spaces were dated. Room decor was mixed. Potentially great place if some issues are reworked

Very clean, brightly lit, posh room with basic requirements for working people - desk and chair, kettle with tea and coffee, warm blankets and soft towels, hot water all day and decent speed wifi. The breakfast was our favorite part as there was a good spread of nutritious foods.

A very good Hotel
We, my wife and daughter stayed in Sidra pristine hotel( 2 rooms with Balcony) 18 nights/19 days. This is new property approximately 7 months old. This hotel is a small hotel without Bar. They have presently very neat rooms, everyday they are cleaning rooms. Rooms are large enough but balcony is very small. Reception staffs are very helping peoples and very efficient. Everyday you get continental breakfast minus point is very rare you get kerala disches for example Ghee Rost, Masala dosa and bananas, we are also from Europe but when we come to kerala we like always kerala menus, you will get mostly North Indian disches. All workers are there keeping a smiling aporoachment. You get anti allergic Bedsheets and Pillows, this is a plus points for this property main minus point they have Garden and the location around the hotel not good. Otherwise we can say this hotel keeping a very good voice.

Very Nice Hotel
We are staying now also, this is our 5th day and we liked our stay very good till now. This hotel is a new hotel and the behavior of the staff super. They have a very helping peoples. Rooms are very clean, laundry facilities good all over everyday we get good continental breakfast. 2 bedroom suites for families with childrens awesome, only location of the hotel is a minus point. All over our stay here is very nice!

Comfortable stay, but requires a few improvements.
The hotel is located close to LISSIE station. Good, clean rooms. The internet connection over Wi-Fi was terrible. Had to use my cellular data. Mr Abhi at the front desk is a helpful guy. The kitchen/restaurant has some inconsistent rules, thankfully Abhi intervened and ensured I did not starve on two occasions.

I accidentally left my Iphone in the room one day, plugged in and unlocked as I was charging it. The next morning, I had no service. When I contacted AT&T to find out why, I found out my phone had been hacked and the sim disabled. They got my passwords off the phone and my CA driver's license info as it was in a sleeve on the back of my phone. They sold my info on the web and they went to town! Raised my american express limit at Macy's and charged $2000, tried to order 3 iphones on my AT&T account, tried to charge $650 Ipad and $350 Bose speakers at Wallmart. Luckily for me, I had a freeze on Experian, Equifax, Transunion and Innovis, so no one has been able to open any new accounts in my name. They changed my passwords at many places like Amazon and others, but each time I got a message of the change and contacted the companies regarding the hack. I notified the communications director at the hotel who insisted it couldn't have happened there. HA! HA!It most assuredly did, and I have been dealing with the repercussions for a month!!! Don't stay there and surely don't leave your laptop or other valuables in the room.

We had a good experience at this hotel except that the checkin could have been a bit better. Breakfast was good and had a choice of freshly made eggs to order as well as of good coffee. Serving staff were courteous but never smiled.

Close to the North (Town) station - which was the wrong one for me, and the stadium - which I wanted The hotel is a clean and helpful hotel, in somewhat less salubrious area. For all its work on keeping clean and well set up, there are issues that hamper the hotel 1) The room was small and not well set up, leaving little space for suitcase, and with a tiny desk only. Plug sockets were badly located, so the TV had to be unplugged for PC and chargers 2) The extractor fan in the bathroom does not have a closure or a mesh to prevent insects entering, meaning I shared the room with too many mosquitos 3) The wifi set up does not work properly, My PC says it is a security certificate problem. This meant it was not possible to log into wifi from phones. The PC allowed me to by-pass the problem 4) The lifts have digital displays that show the wrong number. This is a symptom of a "cant be bother to correct minor problems" syndrome 5) I checked out at 08.30. At 16.30, I got a message asking if I wanted to extend my stay.
