It was a disappointing stay from check-in experience, to room allocation, to in-room dining and the staff interaction - overall was quite disappointing . I guess there is a reason why the price is chepare than a Four points sheraton

I had to repeatedly ask for towels. The bathroom was out of shower gel. TV did not work, after multiple reminders, some one came and fixed it. Overall okay service.

Good Rooms but can be better at breakfast
Rooms were excellent and the overall service was good. Buffet breakfast was below par and they did not have stock of eggs during breakfast time which is not a good excuse. The restaurant service was below average but front desk was effecient.

Great modern hotel close to Kochi Airport
The hotel is only 1 year old and close to the airport which is convenient. Very modern. food and service staff are excellent. Real value for money.

Great facilities and the staff are friendly. Bit hard to work out what you are being charged for and how much at times - eg. internet - sometimes I got charged twice for the day, sometimes once. Very relaxing place to stay.

I selected this hotel based on it's location - close to where I will be work for the week. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice. I also had diner buffet of the hotel 6 days in a roll and enjoyed it. The room was clean and spacious - the morning view was beautiful. The stuff was friendly and my requests were handled quickly. For foreigners, the only drawback is that the entrance was on a busy and narrow road with no side walk.

Decent business hotel, but could use a refresh
Decent place, but need some upgrading and refreshment. Room was good. Fitness center was not very good, no AC, some equipment not working. Bar and restaurant was decent. Overall service was good.
