Give them some patience.
"The stay was good. The new owners had a couple of known issues, like the door cards weren't working. But they had staff members walking with you to your room to personally let you in. Regardless of this they accommodated several short notice bookings at a very low rate. I was happy with my stay."

"Enjoyed staying in the tiny house but the weekend we stayed it was cold and the house was difficult to stay warm.
