Great front desk staff. Restaurant staff could provide better customer service to the guests as far as checking in, following up on orders, and making sure to provide the accurate orders. Thanks !

I had a great stay at this hotel the staff really showed concern for me and my needs as they’re guest , I also liked it cause it was convenient in Kampala , the only thing that was off to me in my opinion only was that the bathroom was outdated ! Other then that I definitely would stay here again

A hidden gem in the downtown area. Great place to be in the middle of it all yet with all the comforts of a good hotel after exploring a bustling city. Would recommend for a stay in the heart of Kampala.
