"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...

"I didn't realize the room didn't have a fridge. I eat a specialized diet and I need to buy my own food. Only Chinese food was served at the hotel in Africa, which I couldn't eat. I was going to stay there for 10 days and that would have been very difficult for me. I had to find a another place to stay and the hotel wouldn't refund my money. They said the way Expedia operated made it impossible for them to refund my money. I ended up leaving so I could be comfortable and ended up losing my money....
