Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "
