"Staff were very nice. All of them greeted us. Only drawbacks The toilet paper roller broke off the wall first day of three. Through the chat, he said that maintenance was let known of the issue but (this was Thursday during the day) by Sunday, no one came or asked us anything more Coffee wasn’t really hot. Need better containers to keep coffee in. Even after making fresh pot, barely stayed hot Beds were super comfortable A lot of construction out our window so lots of beeping back in the early am Shower water wasn’t very strong The sink water wasn’t very strong either The blow dryer handle was broken and I would have called front desk but was in a rush The ironing board was all burnt up and the iron had burned material on it which made it unusable I could have called, but based off the toilet roll holder , I didn’t think it would matter much Tv was amazing. Perfectly came out to over the bed. Nice touch!"

"Overall the hotel fit the purpose of our trip. We were gone during the day and there to sleep. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Didn’t eat breakfast, or use the pool. The A/C barely worked in the room, it was cool enough to sleep but that was it. The shower head was loose in the wall. The luggage cart was very loose. We would stay again if in a similar situation."

"Not impressed with this property. Took way too long to check in (15 min), even though there was no one in front of me. TV didn't work the first night and they had no one to fix it. Mold in the shower in multiple places. TV is in a difficult-to-watch position. Talked with a customer service member who promised to give me a discount on my bill. Of course that didn't happen. And - omg - so many useless emails from this place. There was nothing inherently bad, but so many inconveniences to guarantee I'll look elsewhere on my next trip to Kzoo"
