The property is small, but well cared for and safe. Everything is clean and pristine. Also easy access to some trails up to the monastaries! "

The restaurant on the property was upscale and had a ton of choices. Wait service was great as were the two dinners. We also had the breakfast buffet which had many choices. Overall a great place to relax in the mountains. "

"Beautiful host from next door at Alsos House greeted us and made us very welcome. Excellent location, incredible views. Room was small but adequate. Small fridge. Hot shower only at night. Breakfast 9€ next door was nice. Tea/ coffee facilities in common lounge would have been a nice touch for the evening."

"This hotel has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The room is on the small side but everything worked. No USB ports. Bathroom shower glass is small so it’s easy to get the bathroom floor quite wet. There is no toilet paper holder so the roll just sits on the toilet tank which got a bit wet. Free parking across the street. Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast is inexpensive and very ordinary. "

"Check in was awesome, young lady who spoke English was extremely helpful & informative! Food & room were great! Facility was beautiful, location could be better & view is incredible. Gentleman who managed front desk in afternoon was totally unacceptable & rude! Too many charges, ie ice, pool & jacuzzi. HVAC & Internet were challenging."
